Community Health Connection

I was referred here for a follow up appointment by my hospital. Since it was my first time visiting, I had to fill out all the necessary paper work. The nurse checked with me first and had me leave a urine sample. When I finished, I could here her and the doctor discussing the sample. From what I heard, she did not sound too experienced. When I was visited by the doctor, an older gentlemen, he immediately guessed what was wrong, which turned out to be accurate. He sent me down the hall for some blood work to be done. The lady who did my blood work was very rude. I simply asked her why she was not wearing any gloves, nor had washed her hands, prior to puncturing my skin, and she got really offensive. When everything was said and over with, I paid and left. I was suppose to be called for my lab results, but each time I did the lady was not their. I left over 5 voicemails for a call back with all my information, but she did not call back. To this day, I do not know the results of a lab that I payed for regarding my health. I won’t be coming back.
