This company is the absolute WORST. I’m actually amazed at how terrible their Customer Service is.
I thought after a lifetime of dealing with Comcast in Colorado that moving to Tulsa/Cox would be better. I mean, it has to be better than Comcast — the most hated company in America — right!!! WRONG. Cox is just as bad, if not worse. Even their «Tier 2» tech support is just abysmal.
Anyway, this is exactly what happens when the government allows one company to monopolize the cable in a state — shitty service. Save yourself an aneurysm and avoid signing up with this company at all costs.
I’m getting DSL and Internet-based TV so I don’t have to deal with this garbage anymore.

I’m sure the people in the store are nice and have great customer service, but the actual Internet service is a joke. The price for cable and Internet or just Internet alone is so inflated. Cable and Internet shouldn’t cost that much when it’s not even great service.

I like that there is an actual store to go into to talk to a real person. Cierra was very helpful when we were there and patient when we changed our mind over and over again. Prices for Internet and cable were much higher than expected which is why I gave three stars. Also, their website is next to impossible to navigate which is why we ended up in a store.
All in all, customer service was great. We’ll see how well the Internet and cable are for what we paid for.
