Probably the best haircut I’ve had. They do Alot of grooming and care for you for a very reasonable price including beard care. The staff got me in without an appointment and when I told them what I wanted done they got it done and gave me tiles on home to groom my hair and my stylist seemed as thrilled with the result as me.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and I love the way I am treated. The stylist always listens to what I want and takes the time to get it for me. I always walk away with a haircut I actually like.

Without question this place deserves five stars! I love the way the business is presented when you walk in, and I enjoy the casual atmosphere the staff present.
I’ve been a member here for about 8 months now, and have never had a bad cut. Rather, they’ve all been excellent. As a member I get extras with my cut, like an extended shampoo and a scalp massage. There are other choices, but those are my favorites. They sell nice, quality merchandise as well, and give you an option of drink when you arrive.
I’ll be coming here for as long as I’m in Tulsa. It’s the whole experience. The whole package. A man-​ish spa-​like feel whenever I’m there. Love it!

I’ve been looking for a place like this since I moved to Tulsa. I love walking into EITR and knowing that my barber/​stylist is going to make me look my best. After my first hair & beard trim my barber took down the information we had talked about and logged the look we were going to cultivate. It was going to take several months to reach that look and so that she didn’t lose sight of our vision she put down the details into my account. My second visit I was a bit surprised to find that I was meeting with a different stylist. I was happily surprised to find that she had all of the notes from my first meeting and I really didn’t have to re-​explain what we had covered in my first meeting and the introduction period was brief. I have had two great cuts here and the look I am hoping to create is coming along nicely with their help.
In addition to getting a great cut in a clean and comfortable environment I love the add-​ons that come with my membership. It really is a great way to relax, get pampered a bit and feel like a new man when you hit the road after a session. This is definitely a «Best of Tulsa» establishment. Friendly staff, talented barbers and a really great feel to the salon.

So I got a shocking surprise from my fiancé for my birthday. I like most men love to have a barber style shave with an old fashion straight razor, it’s the greatest shave ever. So she called the guys here and they actually had an opening to fit me in. When I got there it was really cool, they explained everything before hand and made sure I was comfortable with everything. So the guy starts the treatment of my shave and it was awesome. We did the hot towel, the warm lather and the razor was crazy sharp. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. And once the shave was over he did the face treatment to make sure that the hair didnt grow back right away. And if that wasn’t enough I got a complementary paraffin treatment for my hands. This is the best place I know of by far to go and get an amazing shave and a haircut by people who really know what they are doing.

At the last minute i decided to do something nice for my fiancé’s birthday. Called and they actually was able to fit him in! They were so nice and my fiancé had a great time getting his straight razor shave (that he’s always wanted). They were accommodating so if your thirsty then they got something for you to drink.
Not hard to find the place and look forward to setting my fiancé up with another appointment to see these awesome guy work their magic and make anyone feel comfortable.

Elephant in the Room is consistently awesome. You are definitely getting a great bang for your buck.
Friendly staff, great atmosphere, drinks when you arrive. They pamper you but it’s not snooty. I hate having little pieces of hair all over your shirt after you get a haircut but they always wash your hair after the deed is done. You have lots of menu options, like beard trimming, straight razor shaving, and even paraffin hand waxing, which is surprisingly relaxing and leaves your hands smooth and smelling awesome, all in manly way, of course.
I give myself an hour when I go here for a haircut but they’ll speed it up if you need.
As you walk around Tulsa, you can tell who else went to Elephant in the Room — it’s a distinctive cut and style (in a good way).

Easily the best barbershop in the state. It’s comfortable, the cuts are superior and consistent, and the drinks are a nice perk too. The staff is really easy to talk to, and the atmosphere is definitely designed for gentlemen.
Highly recommend you try it at least once.

I dig this place. Been getting my hair cut by these guys for almost a year and it’s always consistent. What I like most is the men’s barber shop vibe. It’s always a relaxing time to kick back and get a good hair cut. I never have to worry about getting a terrible hair cut by the end of it. Great experience and great haircut. Took me back to the Men’s barbershops of my childhood. My favorite place in Tulsa for a haircut…
