Avoid this doctor’s office. Secretary is very rude and all she cares about is filling in the next appointment and doesn’t care what you have to say. She won’t even let you talk, when your trying to find a time. She needs a lesson in customer service or she needs to go work a insurance call center with her current attitude. You would think since your paying nearly $ 1,000 a tooth they would at least pretend to listen and care. So a good lesson, if a customer says they might not even be in town for a day you have open or their actual dentist has told you that the patients needs to wait a few days, maybe you should listen and pick a different day or at least not be rude when you have to reschedule for a day that would have worked in the first place. People aren’t always just dollar signs.
