I didn’t really ask for any help when I stopped here, but they also didn’t acknowledge me or come over to see if they could help me when I came into the store. I needed to make a couple of copies and while I’m definitely not technologically challenged, I do sometimes get confused on larger machines that I’m not familiar with. I saw an employee look at me and notice that I was confused and then he just turned around and walked away. No one was specifically rude to me when I was in there, but no one was overly nice either. I was going to give this place three stars but I didn’t really feel like it was«A-OK.» This location used to be my primary place to go when it was just Kinko’s. Ever since the merger years back I have noticed that most FedEx locations I go into are generally pretty lackluster.

I have tried to use Fedex twice. The first time I tried to ship a weed eater to Houston. I had them pack it and when they were finished, I didn’t know if the item would arrive with any wrapping at all. Then after 3 weeks they informed me they couldn’t deliver it… to a very large business. Said they couldn’t find it. So we drove to the business and returned it. Now at this location, I arrive with everything boxed and a prepaid labeled and they tell me I can’t use the box on one as it is «bulging». I am trying to send a memory foam mattress back, try getting one of those in a box that doesn’t bulge. The woman didn’t care what it was, just wanted it in another box. So what this means is I’ll never use Fedex again and will always be sure to let everyone know what kind of service Fedex gives it’s customers. I have used UPS and never had a problem. Wanted to give a no star rating but would not let me.

I travel frequently for work and often need to ship a 70 lb case with iPads in it for for my classes. I have used FedEx services around the US for shipping the case to and from my primary work location but had the worst experience at this location. The representative saw me open and close the case several times as I was preparing it and then watched me lock it. She then told me that I wound need to physically bring the case behind the counter and then unlock and open it so she could inspect the contents because I had insured it at a high rate. Once this was complete she told me I needed to lift the case on to a scale to verify the weight that I put on the form. I told her it was 70 lbs and I know that because I had it weighed when it was shipped out. She said that didn’t matter, that she had to verify the weight. It was 68 lbs. She quickly made the correction to my shipping label. Very rude to me the whole time and did not offer any assistance. I have never received this type of gauntlet treatment for shipping at any other FedEx Office locations. I will not be returning here and will use another location in Tulsa next time.
