Firestone Complete Auto Care

This Firestone’s employees are very nice and helpful. I like taking my car here because it’s close to where I live, so it’s convenient. Service is fast even though they always seem to have a lot going on.
The first time I took my car here for an oil change, they told me it was time to get new tires. I knew it was since they were pretty old. I appreciated that they gave me a quote with three different packages according to price. Even though I wouldn’t be buying them that day, it was great information for me to put it to my budget in the near future.
I finally went back to purchase them later in a bit of a hurry since I would be going out of town the next day. At first, they told me they wouldn’t have time that day (it was a Friday) so I told them I would check other places since I needed it done right away. The manager ran out to get me as I was about to leave letting me know that they could do it after all. They did a great job explaining which tires were better for my car and they went ahead and did it. I was very happy with it all, the service, tire package, alignment and all.
In the most recent visit, it was the second place I took my car to get it checked out (it wouldn’t start despite a good battery, alternator & starter). I informed them of the issues and asked if they were able to check on electrical problems since apparently not every place can. They assure me they could and I left my car there. I also mentioned some corrosion in the battery terminals.
When I picked up my car, it was $ 50 for an electrical system check and they took care of the corrosion but besides that, they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car so they pretty much told me what I already knew. A bit pricey for what they did in my opinion but c’est la vie.

I took my Jeep to Firestone for a second opinion on several repairs that needed to be made. They definitely beat the price of the first shop I had look at it and they were very understanding.
I called the shop on a Saturday morning to see if they could look at it while assuming they wouldn’t have time and I would have to make an appointment. I was so wrong. They were able to diagnose all of the issues and quote me a reasonable rate. I asked for an hour or two to think it over since the total repairs were going to be more than the value of my vehicle. When I called them back they were more than willing to give their advice on the repairs and order of priority. I decided to have them done and it was completed in about three hours. I was so relieved to have all of the repairs taken care of in one day without, really, any inconvenience (other than the cash I was forking over). Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my indecisiveness. I would definitely recommend the shop for at least a diagnostic visit.

Was in town from Dallas to see my mom. As I was about to pull into her driveway, my truck would no longer steer. I checked the power steering fluid, level was fine. That’s when I noticed a belt laying in the road.
Turns out it was my serpentine belt. So after getting it towed to Firestone gratis (thank you AAA), they figured out that’s what it was, replaced the belt and a pulley which had stripped bearings.
Also needed a new radiator, which they also replaced. Got all this done in a few hours and I was on my way back to Big D!
As someone who grew up in Tulsa and lived there for 20 years, I have been by this location countless times but never went in. Now I can’t recommend them enough. Outstanding work and service, gentlemen!

These guys helped my girlfriend change a much needed battery in a pinch. They were open and eager on Black Friday, and it didn’t seem to busy. The inside is inviting, and not intimidating for those not comfortable with car repair places. The location is a bit odd, and could be difficult to find if you weren’t familiar with the west side of the mall (Firestone is smack in the middle of the parking lot behind jc penny’s).
They got everything in her car working for less than they quoted and in less than Half a day. Very nice turn around and friend service from the employees.
We will certainly be back.
I also noticed one employee giving instruction to a woman who had just had new tires installed. He offered all kinds of free additions which were included in the price of the tires: a great warranty, Free repair of punctures and rotation at any location, and several other features I can’t remember. It seemed like a great deal.

Extremely helpful and honest employees here. I had been a girl that went to Hesselbein for car repairs years ago, then I switched to PepBoys because I thought they were honest and helpful. When I decided to go to Firestone I had mentioned that my alignment was off but I had it done (recently) at PepBoys and it didn’t change it at all and that PepBoys had told me that sometimes it may seem as though it’s the alignment but it’s not, and charged me $ 80 anyway. The Firestone employee asked me if they had checked it first and I told them they said there is no possible way to check alignment issues first I just have to do it. He told me, politely, that I had been lied to and then told me their much cheaper price to fix alignment issues at Firestone (and they’d check it first to make sure that it was needed). My boyfriend and I went to go watch a movie at the mall and left my car with Firestone to change my two front tires (at a deal that the employee found to help us out a little bit), changed my oil, and aligned my tires. It was like getting into a brand new car and my alignment was PERFECT this time. He also offered to come up with a deal that matched my two front tires when I had the money to do my two back tires. Very, very pleased with these people and will definitely deal with them from now on!
