Dr. Gilbert was amazing. My grandmother is 103. Her hearing is terrible. He was nothing but patient and committed to improving her hearing loss. He offered in house visits free of charge… Love this place.

I called to make an appointment to get molds of my ears made for some custom in-​ear monitors. After the initial greeting, the receptionist was very short and rude with me. I was trying to see how I could work my schedule around to work with them and theirs, but she put me on hold after cutting me off. I was on hold for a minute, and then heard the phone pick up, and then I was hung up on. I’m glad to have only had a bad experience on the phone, May have saved my time, and money from a bad experience as well.
