Glacier Confection

Simple store with no seating area, seemed very grab-​n-​go. The prices are steep but the confections are absolutely beautiful with rich and smooth flavor combinations.

After dinner, we were walking back to the car and walked past Glacier Confections. My Girlfriend wanted to check it out and we both really liked the store.
We were greeted quickly by a girl who locked us in by giving us a sample of a Guinness Beer and a Strawberry Balsamic Chocolate Truffles.
We bought a few others to try including Mojito Mint, Chocolate Caramel, Blueberry, and Irish Cream. The four Truffles came to a total of $ 9. All were great, especially the Caramel and Irish Cream.

Anytime someone has an occasion to be in downtown Tulsa, there are a few must stops. Glacier is at the top of that list. The flavors of the chocolates are definitely some of the best you will ever try, and the quality of the actual chocolate itself is incredible. A few of my favorites are Cab Sav Salted Caramel — include a few of these in your selection as you have never had a caramel like this before. Also, the Pear Balsamic Salted Caramel will really blow your mind with the true flavor of pear mixed with the sweet, salty taste of chewy caramel. All the truffles are wonderfully rich and intense.

Excellent place for chocolate. I’ve been to chocolate shops in Belgium and this place was at par with them! I ended buying a lot of chocolate because the truffles and chocolate pieces are incredible! The flavored are unique and so good!

By far the best chocolates. Fresh, creamy, not waxy, huge variety, friendly service. Prefer Glacier over Godiva, See’s, etc…

I love this place. I have driven here from Kansas City twice in less than a year, anxiously anticipating the enjoyment of their vegan chocolate selection. Take note those of you with dietary restrictions — they have a great selection of dairy free /​gluten free chocolate, including artisanal and even pecan and almond turtles (OMG — I am addicted to the pecan turtles).
My partner in dining was just as excited both times, and has his own favorite of the non vegan variety. Both times we have been here, we were greeted with friendly service, and even an extra special sincere customer experience that made me want to just move in and stay for awhile.
If you like chocolate, I don’t know how you could be disappointed. The selection is not only delicious. But everything is gorgeous. I would love to say that one should buy these chocolates as a gift. But for me personally, the gift itself will end up eaten before I can give it to the intended recipient.
Advice: order WAY more than you plan to eat. You won’t regret it. I ordered twice as much as I thought I needed/​wanted. And I still ate most of it before we even had a chance to drop the box in our cooler. I adore you Glacier Confection.

Tremendous selection of inventive truffles, such as the Elvis (PB&J + banana), cookies & cream, Guinness, etc.
–Try the white chocolate truffles.
— I prefer the classic 1 – 2 bite truffles to the big ones (4 biters) — way less awkward to eat.
–Coconut bark is great too.
–Also though pricey the Fortunato bar is sublime.
They’re great and active in supporting community causes. Friendly staff. A Tulsa gem.

Everything they offer is amazing. Ah. May. Zing. Best advice I’ve got is to try stuff out of your comfort zone. My usual preference is dark chocolate — the darker the better. But I took a chance on the blood orange and wild honey chocolate, which is done in white chocolate, and loved it. Their stuff is pricey but sooooo worth it.

Pretty good for you sweet tooth! A friend of mine used to work here so I visited since I was in the area. I got the blueberry cheesecake, Elvis (peanut butter, bacon & banana) & caramel maple bacon. The blueberry cheesecake stole the show. So good! The Elvis was different, you can really taste the banana more than anything. & as for the caramel maple bacon, it was VERY savory with the bacon. It over powered everything else! Lots of sweets to choose from, take your time once you stole foot in the door.

My fiancé loves the vegan chocolates. So much so that, although I pick up an assortment for every gift giving occasion, she still gets all giddy about them, every time. I’ve tried them and, I’m not a chocolate or sweets person but, found them tasty.
I enjoy the staff at this spot. They are very helpful, nice, and quite honest. I was able to pick up a Hanukkah themed box from them during the holidays. Much like with the vegan chocolates, I’m sure they don’t have to carry these things to remain profitable. It is nice that they gave a bit of thought and made an effort toward inclusion.

This is my 2^nd time in less than a week! I love it there. If you are in the area or want to grab lunch at the many places within walking distance and follow up with a great dessert chocolate try Glacier.
The chocolates run about $ 1.75 each and they will not disappoint. There is no pressure to buy a whole bunch. They even offer cute tiny boxes for single chocolates!
My favorite is the balsamic strawberry and blood orange and wild honey. I would advise against the maple bacon tho.

Tulsa’s own gourmet chocolate shop. Perfect for shopping for gifts for the holidays, special occasions or even for a little snack when downtown. They have their own sort of sample pack to purchase or you can venture an do your own.
They have some unique flavors like the Elvis (peanut butter, banana and bacon), Mystery (who knows what’s in their?) and standards like raspberry and dark chocolate.
They also have the standards like peanut butter cups and turtles.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place already!
The dark chocolate peanut butter cups are giant, and SO good.
The staff is friendly and will immediately and happily answer questions. It’s really appreciated when people understand my questions as a vegan and can answer them quickly and confidently.
It’s a candy store for grownups and I just love it.

I want to go here all the time. I feel a little like Tina Fey’s 30 Rock character writing that.
But it’s true.
Vegan chocolate goodness can be found here. And it’s heavenly. Regular people chocolate can also be bought too, my husband wanted me to note because not everyone has crazy dairy allergies like me.
I am a HUGE fan of the vegan dark chocolate with almonds and sea salt. In fact, I’m going to beg my husband to take me back to Glacier next week just for this treat because it’s my birthday (month) and that’s how I roll.

I love chocolate and the chocolates at Glacier are divine. This is not inexpensive, mass produced chocolate. This is fabulous, gourmet chocolate. Just one or two of the delicious morsels from the Glacier totally satisfy my chocolate snob craving. And the staff is always very willing to explain ingredients. GO TO GLACIER.

Best chocolate ever and super nice staff! Everything is so good, it’s really hard to pick, just get one of everything you won’t be disappointed! For something that is an unexpected favorite though, try the pb&j! ;)

Ohhhh man. This chocolate was amazing. It is beautifully displayed. I got a peanut butter and jelly truffle, a limoncello truffle and a peanut butter cup. The PB&J truffle was a gorgeous little gem. My boyfriend even said «Is this chocolate or plastic?» Because it was so shiny and beautiful. Believe me, when we bit into it, it was certainly not plastic! It was so delicious!
There is a huge variety of chocolates for every pallet! And they have cowboy hat shaped chocolate boxes! The coolest.

All of the adjectives about love and chocolate are starting to make sense.
A rush of chocolate endorphins are sure to tingle your senses when you enter this sweet downtown location. Decadent milk, dark and white chocolate options are beautifully displayed. The artistry in the chocolate’s presentation is phenomenal. Boxed collections are available for purchase and make exquisite gifts. The kind staff will introduce themselves to you and answer any questions.
My recommended signature chocolate combines three of my favorite things: dark, pumpkin and gingerbread. Need I need say more?
Vegan and Gluten Free options are available. I’m not vegan, but I tried some pieces and thought they were excellent.
The store’s mission is to to raise support and funds for U.S. Fallen Heroes and their families.
Chocolate and good deeds? WAIT. It gets better.
All of the ingredients used are all-​natual and several are super foods.

Chocolate HEAVEN. I was impressed with the selection they have available in such a small place. I came here for dessert while I was on a date and it was the perfect choice for a chocolate-​lover such as myself. The people working there immediately saw that it was our first time there and they were so helpful showing us what they had to offer. We ended up buying a bunch of truflfes, all different flavors to try them out. My favorite was the coconut and coffee one. It is yummyness in your mouth!!! I appreciated them having vegan and gluten-​free options as well.
