Don’t judge a book by its cover. This office is pretty but we always felt like it was all about our money they even pre billed us for a circumcision when we were only 2 months pregnant as part of their package billing. When my wife started bleeding and called her doctors office the nurse told her if she was losing the baby there really wasn’t much that could be done and to keep her appointment that was 4 days away then told my wife that if she got a fever to go to the ER. We called another Dr. Cole Nilson whom took us in that day and we had lost the child. Then we had to fight with Dr. Gray’s office about getting our money back. What they do is figure out what the total is going to be if you go to full term and split it up and start charging you for everything in increments from the very beginning. In our case we did not only was my wife dealing with our loss but since I work during the day she was the one calling them to get our money back for services we wouldn’t need. It was a horrible experience. It made a bad situation worse. I am glad though that we found a great doctor and that we have a healthy baby now.
