David Hanover truly has wonderful meat, I just had what my father would say is,” the best steak I ever ate”. I have decided I rate steak places lower than they deserve because they just don’t measure up to the quality of Hanover meat cooked on my father’s grill. As a small business, he really needs people to buy their everyday meat from him. Every one NEEDS to try Hanover Meats! People that don’t cook… get a grill and learn to grill, you will save money and eat much better! Couples, man can make the steak and woman can throw a couple of potatoes in the oven and pour a salad out of a premade bag of salad mix you like!!! Hanover on one side of the street, across the street, Whole Foods for the salad, the liquor store next to Whole Foods for the wine! Voila, everyone is happy!

This is the epitome of a butcher shop. A throwback to a time passed. Dave is the big butcher who quickly gets to what do you want. He then expertly cuts your order just the way you want. See the attached 2 inch rib eyes we just grilled. Want 1.5 inches, no problem. He carries fresh, never frozen chickens, spare and baby back ribs etc… The steaks taste great. Do yourself a favor and at the same time support a local small businessman. You will be happy you did.
