RIP OFF ALERT–
They promise a refund if you are not happy. Podiatrist said it was nothing but a piece of cheap plastic but we paid $$$ for it. They try to sell you again when you ask for a refund and finally tell you there is a restocking fee of about 30%. Agreed, give me the refund—
No, we have to send it to our corporate office…
Wait 2 months and FINALLY get a preprinted form offering a «settlement» now if I will accept ONLY 50% OF THE CLAIM. If not, they «hope» to pay the claim in another 8 weeks. It has been 9 weeks and no payment.
My feeling is that they never intended to pay anything.–
the fact is that almost 6 months have passed and zero refund…
You can decide if this is the type business you want to support.

My husband is in constant pain from plantar fasciitis and someone recommended this place to us. We went in, filled out a short health questionnaire, and imprints of his foot were taken. The salesman was super condescending, talked down to us, used the extremely irritating «royal we,» and generally acted like a jerk.
He disappeared into the back & came back a few minutes later with 2 pair of inserts. He took my husbands shoes apart & put in the inserts. Then he dropped the bomb, «What we have here is going to be $ 750.» Excuse me? I laughed in disbelief. Seriously? When he found out we weren’t prepared to pay that much, he jammed the soles back in the shoes & walked into the back. And that was it. No goodbye, thanks for coming in, come back if nothing else works, nothing. Horrible customer service & completely outrageous prices. I think they’re preying on the desperate. Very bad experience.

I love Ideal Feet Products in Tulsa Oklahoma they have arch support shoe insoles for feet pain. I had problems for years and luckily while visiting my Aunt I mentioned it and she took me here. She got her arch supports here last year and swears by them… She was right, I feel so much better now. Jason helped with getting the best size for my feet. Thanks for the help. Next time Im in Tulsa I will be back!
