I bought a set of washer and dryers at this store in March of 12. The ran their test cycle after installing it. I put a load in the washer and went to dinner, came back and hour later to my apartment FLOODED. They failed to place a clamp on a hose correctly. Since then in two month, the motor went out of the washer, the dryer thermostat went out. Now it’s sunday evening and the heating part to the dryer is not working yet again. That is 4 break downs to these two machines in less than two months. As a result they have replaced the set with a different one and extended the two months warrantee. 6÷10÷12: On 6÷7÷12 the service people were out yet once again on the new replacement dryer. It stopped drying. They fixed it. Now on 6÷9÷12 the washer in mid cycle just stopped. Now I understand appliances have problems. They can break even if new. I also know MOST appliances have very few issues and last for YEARS with no issues. So here I am today. Six breakdowns. I’m out 12 – 15 hours waiting for them at my place to come replace or repair their machines. Two different sets of machines have had multiple problems while under their warrantee. At this point they will repair the machine and that is it. Even if repaired by them I highly doubt the repair will last. They REFUSE to refund my money. I’m cutting my loses. Looking into small claims court. If nothing else I’m loading up the washer, placing numerous signs on it, taking it to their main store some Saturday when they are busy and dropping it off on their door step. I have NO confidence in this firm, their products or repairs.
