My name is poly hernandez, I have bought a Ford Edge sport 2013, I will not ever buy another car from this place, they will try to cheat you in every chance they can get, I took my brand new car to repair, from my touch, and the service repair left my sun roof open and it rain that day, so it got wet inside, they didn’t do nothing about it, from 2013 till now feb-​11 2016 I have had about 15 issues with this car, incluiding problems with warrienties, my battery went out at 32,000 miles and not cover from warranties and make me paid the full amount. Service manager was rude and discasting! Please think about before u buy a ford car!!! And by the way I’m a customer that I had buy in the past 6 new cars from joe cooper !! And this is how I get treated!!! Bad bad bad.

This is my first Unilocal review and I am saddened that I am reduced to saying negative things online. Daniel in the service department made sure my car was fixed on time and fixed well, but it’s been over a month and my parts were never sent to me like promised. I leave messages and have even called his supervisor, no luck. I still don’t have my parts; which still means I don’t get my refund on those warrantied parts. Take your chances going here. They do fix your car well, but it is such a hassle for them to follow through. This is 9.15.15 and I will change this review or give updates because they still have a chance to make this a positive.

Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They sold us a truck with faulty springs, but refuse to fix it, even though we 1) bought a full warranty and 2) the problem existed when we bought it. DO NOT BUY HERE.

I discovered I had a dangerous situation with my brakes just before I needed to head to Colorado with my family (calipers that were sticking in the engaged position). I went to Joe Cooper because I generally had good experiences while living in Tulsa. They were supposed to close in just 90 minutes but I explained the situation-​that I needed to safely get a baby and wife to Colorado within a couple of hours. They went ahead and got to my car immediately and we worked together (my mom had to run to BA for the appropriate parts once I located a parts store that had them in stock) to get me road ready within about 2 ½ hours. They rocked it today!

They gave a family member a pretty good deal on a trade in of a Lexus for Taurus. The family member didn’t like the car and decided to trade. The almost new car had lost $ 10,000 value with the 1,500 miles put on it. I ended up with the car and my contact with this place was getting the oil changed. They did what I wanted and I haven’t had any trouble. I think my statement about this place is don’t get a Ford, they lose significant value when driven off the lot. My husband says Ford is an acronym for Found On Road Dead, or Fix Or Repair Daily. I am hoping he is totally wrong about that! The car fees really solid, holds the road very well and has wonderful Michelin tires.

I have a 2012 Ford Fiesta that I bought while I was living in California. When I purchased the vehicle, I also bought the Service Plan, so my routine maintenance is already paid for. It’s time for the vehicle’s oil change, so I went online to find the nearest dealership and it was Joe Cooper. Through their website I filled out the service request and I stated that I have the Service Contract. I don’t know if that was a red flag for them or what but what I received back was an email from Stephen Holland of their Internet department, trying to sell me a new truck. When I replied to his email that I was not looking for a new vehicle, just service on my current one, he replied that I had sent an empty email.
I went back to the website and again filled out their form and again requested a service appointment. Again, I heard from Stephen Holland trying to sell me a new vehicle.
A third time I went to their site and filled out their form. This time, I received an email from Jeff Kipila, the Sales Manager, offering to sell me a new truck.
I finally sent a letter to Alan Mulally, the President and CEO of Ford Motor Corporation to find out why this dealership cannot simply make a service appointment for a customer, rather than trying to sell me something I don’t want. This has been going on for over a week now and I still do not have a service appointment.

Had a done deal they advertised on the Internet. We took a half a day off work to go to the bank, have cash in hand when we drove all the way to Tulsa to the lot, and they claimed the car was sold before it was sold to us. We asked if they had anything else we could look at. The manager became extremely belligerent and told us they had nothing for us to buy there. Why? Your guess is as good as mine. We had no bad words at all until the manager became nasty with us after we asked if anything else was available (in those exact words «Do you have anything else available we could to look at?») All we wanted to do was buy a car and had cash money.
