The worst service in north Tulsa.. The girl Brandi the works at the window is the worst employee they have. The shift manager Becky, is no better. I called and talked with the shift leader Becky, to complain about the poor customer service I received while in the drive through window and let her know I was very unhappy with they way her employee Brandi and the way she was very rude. I also let ask for the general managers name to talk to her. After we were done talking, two minutes later my phone rings and it is Brandi! Really! She proceeds to ask me who I was and why I was calling. I ask her if she was a manager and she said YES… I told her I was recording the conversation and was going to call the cops for harassment if she called me again. I can’t believe the so called shift leader of this place, let an employee call a use to be customer back and harassing them for calling in a complaint! What job lets employees do such things? I would be fired, if I ever did something like this! Neither one of these lady’s need to be working anywhere that deals with customers. I don’t understand how this place is still open.
Save your time and money and go 200 ft to Churchs. Much better food and prices! They also always say hi and thank you for coming, unlike the rude window cashier Brandi @KFC… Will NEVER spend my money their again!

Great potato wedges, Debbie is one of there best employees she makes you feel like family.

Good service. Good KFC food, if you like their fare.
