Yummy! This place is great. I ordered the special«Caprese Grilled Cheese». Golden white bread with mozzarella, bruschetta, fresh spinach, grilled red onions, and basil pesto. Sandwiches come with an apple or chips but I chose to upgrade to a bowl of fresh fruit. Additionally, I ordered another of the specials to take for dinner later. The«cottage cheese tater». Your basic loaded potato with cottage cheese instead of sour cream. A fantastic way to add some protein.

Meh indeed. I’ve been here twice for sandwiches. It’s convenient to my office downtown. First time, I had the egg salad on wheat. It wasn’t the best egg salad I’ve ever had. Too much relish. I asked for the bread toasted and they didn’t toast it. It was at like 2pm on a weekday, not a single person in there but me, so they really should have gotten that right. sad. Second time was today and there was almost a line out the door. I got a turkey club on wheat. It’s supposed to come with turkey, lettuce, tomato, bacon, mayo and cheese. I asked for no cheese, they didn’t give me cheese. good. However, it had about half a pound of turkey(way too much) and three tiny, paper thin, soggy strips of bacon. Disappointing. Also, the lettuce was soggy and the tomato was clearly a small variety tomato that was maybe 1.5 inches in diameter. All of this plus tons of mayo made for a very pricey(at $ 8 plus tax) and soggy sandwich that I waited 30 minutes for. Yes, it was the middle of the lunch rush, but still, there are a lot of other delis downtown and I have never waited so long. I upgraded from the included bag of chips to a pint-sized fruit salad for an additional $ 2.50 which I should have known would be a mistake because fruit salads that I don’t make myself often are. and it was. Orange slices and pineapples clearly from a can plus 5 grapes, 3 strawberry slices, 3 blueberries and a bunch of sour apples. Suggestion: serve a reasonable amount of meat on your sandwiches instead of a double portion and serve high-quality sandwich toppings instead of cutting corners with cheaper crap. I’d pay $ 10 for a really good sandwich, but I’m not paying $ 8 for«meh».

The Tuscan Grilled Tenderloin with garlic cheese spread, roasted peppers, tenderloin and provolone on ciabatta is my favorite! So filling! I also like picking up dips, salads, frozen casseroles and coffee beans. Takes care of most of my needs!

Portions are a bit small but it’s quality you’re paying for. Their best seller is the Rueben. I got the vegetarian friendly Cypress Wrap. Great flavor. Asked for a salad. Their tabouli isn’t as garlicky. It’s quite refreshing. May be one of my favorites if I were to ever crave a tabouli salad. Hubs and I had picked up food on a Friday at 2pm(they close 3pm) so they gave us slices of key lime pie. Appreciate the gesture but it was a bit too sweet.

Just a delicious as the original! Great food consistently. Today I have the veggie wrap. Fresh grilled veggies, generous avocado and fresh cheese. My lunch date had the tenderloin sandwich and said it was the best sandwich she’s ever eaten. Great well lit open dining area and outdoor seating. We were here at noon and it wasn’t crowded.

I got the Italian Chicken sandwich. It was lemon garlic chicken, provolone, garlic cheese melt on a ciabatta bread. Instead of roasted tomatoes, I got spinach & I added pesto mayo to it as well. It was too good! It melts in your mouth. The perfect crunch with a buttery taste. I like the two cheeses & how they were oozing every bite. The chicken was flavorful & the spinach made it complete. I got fruit instead of sides & the people who worked there said I can grab two fruits instead of having one, that was nice of them. They had so much to choose from that it was hard for me to pick due to it being my first time there. From potato salad to meatloaf to spreads, anything you can think of. In a the Blue Dome District, it’s where it needs to be for business.

s’ok :) I liked the soup(roasted red pepper and white bean) but it could have used a little smokey flavor to it and less basil but that’s a personal preference. No sourdough today so I had to settle for a hoagie-type roll for my reuben but still tasty and love the toasted bun :) Thank you for not putting pickles on my sandwich but giving them to me as a side. All in all, pretty good fixin’s. I’ll definitely duplicate this meal at home(except for the cheesecake — I don’t feel a great need to bake up a cheesecake at home because I tend to eat it all in one sitting.) Not sure if you have to ask for crackers and a spoon for the soup but I had both at my desk today so no worries there.
