I gave them two stars because I did get quality service however «at a price» I spent three times more than I have at other places in Tulsa. I am thinking that the rent was due and I felt like I paid it for the month. I would shop around before going here. At the end of the day it is your money, do you just want to hand it over to them?

HIGHLY OVER PRICED! Seriously won’t return here based only on their rates! Never paid that much every for my dry cleaning!
Things that saved them from 1 star, staff is kind, items were cleaned well, and friendly.

After reading Shari’s review, I gave it a try and every word is true. No nasty chemical smell, quick turn around, clothes look nice and Theresa who works afternoons recognized me after one drop off. She also introduced me to Laurie as they were changing shifts. Worth paying a little more to be so satisfied.

I have been a LaMode customer for about 10 years at this location. Things I like about LaMode Cleaners are the attention to detail they give my clothing; the fact that my clothes don’t return with a chemical smell after cleaning; the quick turn around time; and and the personal attention and relationship with longtime employee Laurie (my clothes are usually up front and waiting for me at the register after she sees me drive up!)
If there’s ever been a problem (one time Laurie didn’t like the way a pressed shirt looked) it is always taken care of promptly and at no additional charges.
I also like the free LaMode Cleaners bag to carry my clothes in, and that they recycle the hangers I return.
This is the third LaMode Cleaners I’ve used since moving to the Tulsa area, since I always sought out locations closest to my home. My longtime experience with them has been exceptional!
