Just had the pork tacos from the Local Table food truck. They were amazing. The pulled pork was tender and moist. The cilantro was plentiful. Delish

Local Table Food Truck is the best. Short rib sandwich with Asian slaw was the bomb! Also tried the fried chicken waffle sandwich… these guys know food like none other. Thank you Tuck!

Finally! After months of searching on when this food truck would be available (it’s never open the location on profile), I’ve FINALLY had the chance to check out the Catfish BLT. I took off the tomatoes but it was still incredible. Catfish, bacon, lettuce, chipotle tartar sauce & on (what seemed to be French) bread.
Full of flavor, they weren’t stingy with the sauce & bacon. A plus for me. Highly recommend for first time goers. Also, their menu might make you take some time to figure out what you want. Choices on choices!
Thanks to Guthrie Green|Food Truck Wednesdays, I finally got to witness the goodness of this place.

This might be my favorite food truck in Tulsa. I have yet to eat something I didn’t just love! The pulled pork sandwich? Yum! The fish tacos? Que ricos! My all time favorite though is the chicken and waffle. Yes, it kills my intestines but sometimes the pain really is worth it. The waffle is light, the chicken spicy and just a tad sweet, and the pineapple salsa on top adds a bit of tart and a little more sweet to the mixture. It’s perfect.
Do yourself and your taste buds a favor and try out The Local Table the next time you’re at Guthrie Green for food truck Wednesday.

Meh — that pretty much sums up the Local Table food truck. I got the braised short rib sandwich with a side of buffalo fries. Both portions were decently sized (they better be for $ 12+tax), but neither of them had AMAZING flavor. I also expected them to be piping hot considering the amount of time I waited for them. They were not. Probably would not eat here again.

We are lucky enough at my job that we get food trucks brought in every so often. Usually I end up at The Local Table truck when it stops by. Today was no different. I browsed the other food truck options, but stuck with the local table and it was a good choice. I got the fried chicken sandwich. The portion is so large that I could only eat half of it. The chicken had a maple glaze and a cabbage slaw. It was tender and delicious. My favorite thing from their truck is the buffalo fries. Imagine a large portion of fries covered in buffalo sauce and ranch. Delicious!
