Very bad customer service. When I called the main line to ask a simple question about an apartment that this company manages, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and condescending and made it very clear that she was unwilling to help me. She then hung up on me before I was finished speaking to her. This is the only experience I have had with with Lynco and I can only hope that the rest of the employees of this company know how to provide better customer service when being asked a simple question…
