Horrible. I waited 3 hours to be seen and was finally prescribed an antibiotic that caused me to vomit approximately once every hour. Since then I’ve called numerous times and have left multiple messages to have the medication changed but no physician’s assistant will return my call. Additionally, when I noticed in my paperwork that the reception staff had copied my mailing address wrong, I asked to have it corrected in their records. Their response? Just remind us the next time you come in. In other words, we won’t help you over the phone but if you come in again then for $ 100 we will update your address. Horrible. Avoid this place.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Nearly the entire staff was cold. No actual doctor was on site. I was writhing in pain from dehydration due to a serious stomach bug and all they wanted to do was give me a a shot for nausea, but that clearly wasn’t the only problem. The NP stated that I was not dehydrated(she did not do a single test for this — only looked at me from about 4 feet away). I went to an ER shortly after and was told that I was severely dehydrated, and they pumped 2 liters of fluid in me. I was also reprimanded by 2 different staff members at Med Now for doing my paperwork«incorrectly» which was just one box marked wrong and one section left blank because it did not apply to me. Awful customer service. Awful medical care.

John hurt his knee the other day and it was affecting his whole leg and foot. We don’t have insurance because we cannot afford it and so I was trying to search for a place that seemed reasonable and fair for us to get into immediately to be seen. We went around 4pm on a weekday and there were two people ahead of us. The facility was clean and the employees seemed pleasant. From start to finish we weren’t there for any longer than an hour and HGTV was on the television for me so that was entertaining while I waited. I gave 4 stars because it doesn’t matter how nice you are receiving medical attention is way too expensive in this country and it’s not any different here. I will say that this place DID do free blood work on John(or maybe it was included in the price of the office visit — $ 110 — and so it seemed really reasonable). They did make sure they found medication to give him that was cheap at WalMart and they did offer coupons for $ 25 off of your first time visit, so there were things that made it more reasonable, but I think that if MedNow would offer payment plans(if ANY medical facility that was the emergency room) offered payment options it would make things a lot easier for many people in this country. Aside from that this place was just fine. From start to finish we were there for about an hour and two people were ahead of us. No complaints about waiting time.

Nothing urgent about this place. Took forever to get seen, and there was only myself and 2 other patients there.
