It has been 5 months since my wedding, and I still don’t have the video’s from my wedding. The booth operator screwed up and gave me a flash drive of video’s from other weddings. By the way, apparently that’s «normal», to get more than your own videos, so don’t be surprised if your drunk or goofy friends end up on YouTube because someone else received them. I’ve been told multiple times that they will retrieve my videos and send them to me when they have another event, God knows when that will be. I’ve asked for my money back at this point… don’t make the same mistake…
