Great place for framing. Basil very knowledgeable. Very very helpful. Turnaround time 2 weeks. They go the extra mile when you have a lot to carry. Megan helped us by walking out with some of our framing. You don’t get that very often

Michaels, where creativity happens!
This store is usually impeccable as far as organization. The only exception is their sale aisles, those are usually a wreck but it’s mostly due to customers «digging» for items.
You can find a ton of arts, crafts, fabric, framing, floral, wall décor, scrap booking, and MORE!
I’m especially a fan of the stuff they have for kids at super cheap prices. One of my favorite items are their lightweight wood masks. They have animal masks, characters, princess masks, you name it. They’re a blast at painting parties where the kids can decorate them.
I also like their wood puzzles, frames and jewelry boxes. For a bit more expensive items, look at their mugs to decorate and science experiments, they’re awesome!
Definitely a lot of ideas here to keep kids entertained with hands-​on stuff. I also love that they put discounted items close to the check out area.
As far as customer service, these people go above and beyond! Once, they didn’t have enough masks and they immediately called another location to check availability and asked them to hold them for me! Very cool… It was the guy with an accent.
The one reason why I withhold a star is because of their supposedly return policy which SUCKS, at least in this location. I was able to return what I had to, value of $ 11 something. The lady just handed me a gift card. Apparently they’re not allowed to return cash if it’s more than $ 10. That’s just crazy to me. I didn’t have the energy to argue
with her but that’s just weird. I still need to use the gift card. Keep forgetting to bring it with me… so NOT convenient!
