If you need crafty parts and gear there is no place that has more then these guys. The staff is always friendly and will go out of their way to help you. They always make the customers want to come back with good service. They best part is they offer a military discount on top of it all. What more could you ask for?

This location of Michaels works when I’m in a bind and need something basic. I have been to larger locations with more inspiration but it’s a convenient location so I’ll take what I can get!
I always feel a little lost when I go inside. The middle of the store is spread out without a rhyme or reason and the aisles are difficult to navigate. Between this and hard to find staff on the floor I don’t recommend visiting if you are in a hurry.
For basic art supplies this is a great location!

I used to shop at Hobby Lobby until it came out that they were not interested, as an organization, in providing health care coverage to their female employees to cover birth control. To each their own, I’m not the owner of Hobby Lobby, they can make the decisions they’d like to make, but they lost me as a customer. Michael’s could very well be the exact same way but I haven’t heard it yet, so until I do I will do all of my artsy, craftsy business here. Especially at this location! Why? Mostly because it’s closest to my house and I know where everything is, plus there are always happy employees here and that makes me happy in return.
Do you want glitter for a project that will lead to glitter all the crap all over your house? Yep, Michael’s has it. Do you need some craft paint for a piece of canvas that is screaming your name, and probably your little kids fingers, or cat’s feet that will end up across the carpet? Yep, this Michael’s has that too. How about some yarn that you can unwrap and rewrap into a ball that will keep rolling off your lap while you’re trying to knit that scarf? Yeah, this Michael’s has that too… and usually it’s always on sale!
