Pros: my fiancé talked me out of getting the Surface Pro 2 last year due to the price. No way was I going to let him talk me out of getting the Surface Pro 3! Went to the store and got a better deal than an acquaintance of mine got on her’s at Best Buy. Because I bought my device from the windows store, got a free case and $ 100 gift card. I used the card to pay for the keyboard (which is a necessity). I went to the Windows store 3 times before I finally decided on the Surface vs. Mac book air vs. other laptops. The employees were always really nice and incredibly patient.
Cons: hate going to the mall and dealing with other consumers, especially directly following Christmas holiday. Yuck.
