I bought a Groupon for a men’s haircut. I called several times to make an appointment, and they would not honor it. They claimed that only one person at the business would take Groupon customers, and somehow that person was never there.
I had to contact Groupon for a refund because that’s total bullsh*t.

They don’t take walk-ins. At least this has been my experience here.
I walked in and said I needed a cut and color. The receptionist was friendly and took me back to introduce me to a lady who didn’t have anyone in her chair. She talked to me a for a few minutes then when I made a move to sit down, she took out her appointment book and started discussing an appointment.
I politely told her that I was looking for something today and she apologized but didn’t offer to see if anyone was available soon or even an hour away. She just apologized again.
Nah, this type of treatment isn’t for me.
