I really enjoyed the experience. The massage chairs worked and there was a relaxing atmosphere without any strong odors. The nail technician, Thao, was sweet and personable. She talked to me and didn’t chat with the other nail techs. I recommend this nail salon.

The lady that did my nails was extremely nice. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my experience. I’m giving this place a four star for two reasons, a shellac policy change is just a few dollars cheaper then an actual shellac manicure. I thought the simple polish change was overpriced, but the whole mani was a typical price.
Secondly, my polish actually chipped within a day, which was really odd. I did go back and the same woman kindly fixed my nail at no cost. Maybe it’s coincidence but my shellac didn’t seem to hold up as well as other mani’s I’ve had.

My husband and I both got our nails done. The guy doing mine went through it at speed while he watched soccer and spoke to everyone else in the room. Then he took the color back that I picked and chose something else to put on my nails. Hubby definitely got a better deal. However his tech after we told her several times what color he wanted still chose to put clear on his nails.

Had high expectations based on other reviews. Was very disappointed. Everything was rushed and substandard. My nail tech had the sniffles so maybe she just wasn’t feeling well, but it was very obvious she couldn’t care less about the service she provided. Mediocre to poor is the best review I can give.

This was my first visit here and I chose it based on the reviews. It didn’t disappoint! The people were sweet and Thu was super detailed with my pedicure. Her massage was great too. My manicure looks great too. Looking forward to seeing how long it lasts.

Khan was absolutely amazing when I went in today! It was the first time I had been seen by him, and we talked the entire time about Harry Potter. It made the visit personable and fun. I usually get a generic French manicure when I go, but due to the holiday season I decided to spice it up a bit with a little glitter.
«My Nails» continues to impress and, as always, the place is miraculously clean and doesn’t have that awful nail polish/​nail polish remover smell. 10⁄10 would recommend!

«Thu» is a very talented nail tech. She gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. She takes her time, she is very skilled with firm massage of the calves & feet! She got rid of all my callus without causing any pain or discomfort. I thoroughly enjoyed the service & will return again when I am back in town in a few months.

They did a fantastic job on my nails! They fit me in last minute as a walk-​in, and seemed pretty popular for Thursday. I completely recommend them and they’re right across from the mall area so there’s plenty for the kids to do will you get your nails done.

My girlfriend, Chloe, has been going to My Nails for about 4 months now. EVERY experience is enjoyable. We came in on a Sunday and Mai came in on her day off to do Chloes nails. The environment is very relaxed and clean, every worker is a master of their given trade, and they’re all so incredibly Kind.
In terms of Quality I’m incredibly impressed, Mai is extremely fast with no deviation from quality what so ever. The price is average but for the quality and customer service you receive I can think of no place else I’d spend my money. There is not a single employee that works in this establishment that wont bend over backwards to ensure you have a great experience every time.

I’m writing this review sitting back comfortably on a massage chair as Thu does my nails. Yes I’m a guy. Yes i get the occasional manicure and pedicure. Yes i date women (exclusively). Doesn’t mean this doesn’t feel freaking awesome!
Everyone here is courteous, professional and efficient. The prices are good. Everything looks and feels clean. Not much more to ask for.

Love this place! I walked in with no appointment and everyone was super nice. I was quickly seated and they did a great job. The shop is very clean. Nice ambiance. It’s easy to find and close to the mall. The girl that did my toes did an excellent job and Mai did my full set. She talked to me the entire time and I was never ignored. My nails are all perfect and I’ll definitely be a return customer!

I’m not from the area, but I wish this could be my local nail salon. It was clean, inviting, and very nice. I got a pedicure and Khan did a wonderful job. He asked me several times if I liked the way my nails were looking. I’d definitely come back!

They do nails well and the wine is definitely a bonus, but if you come at the wrong time you’ll have to wait forever because there’s only 2 people working at any given time, and some other guy just sitting on his butt talking to them in a foreign language in one of the pedi chairs.

I took my niece for her first pedicure. Called ahead and make an easy appt. Arrived early and was seated immediately. Place was clean and relaxing. Color selection was adequate. Staff was SUPER friendly — cannot say enough nice things about them! My niece and I got perfect pedis and we are off to having a great day. $ 25 for basic pedi, is plenty enough but they have a large menu of options including paraffin.
If you are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable place for a pedi in south Tulsa, give My Nails a try!

PROS:
Quiet and RELAXING. Did I say relaxing? Prepare to love it here.
Mai did my nails. I had a french manicure (my go-​to for business) and Mai actually suggested that I soak my nails and start over with a new set. I’m glad I took her advice.
Mai took her time with me, was friendly and kind. Spoke English :) and here’s my favorite part: as I waiting for my nails to dry, Mai gave me an awesome back massage.
CONS:
None that I saw. The place was clean. I didn’t have a pedicure but the chairs are very nice.

Pros: Fantastic mani/​pedi. The polish was evenly applied and my cuticles look great. My technician, Khan, was really good. I will definitely be back. This is going to be my go to nail salon in Tulsa.
Cons: A bit pricer than my regular place in Houston, TX; but this place did a much better job.

Oh my what can I say about «my nails?» AMAZING AND RELAXING. I went in and told her what I wanted and she delivered just that with a smile and small conversation. I will be returning aswell as my fiancé for another relaxing and excellent experience. Thanks to the service of this great salon!

Clean, relaxing environment and Mai is very nice. Nice massage chairs. Kind of an awkward experience as there was an unhappy customer in there arguing with Mai and another employee while I was there.
Pleasantly surprised that they give a shoulder massage with a manicure– I’m not sure if this is because I got shellac or if it come with all manicures.
Mai and one other guy were the only ones working. Because of this, I felt it was hard for them to keep up with the number of clients they had. I had an appointment and I still waited about 30 – 45 minutes to get started. Perhaps they should consider hiring another person.

This is where I got my nails done before my wedding. I highly recommend coming here. The atmosphere is relaxing and nice (it does not smell like nail or cleaning chemicals like some places).
The employees are very nice. If you get a shellac manicure and mess up one of your nails soon after you get it done, they will fix it for free. This is very nice and rare, other places have charged me up to $ 10 just to fix one nail. I found a color of nail polish I liked on Pinterest and they didn’t have it in their store when I looked. I showed them a picture of it on my phone, and they ordered for me and had it waiting for me the next time I came in! Now that is customer service!
