This review is solely based on the vacuum sales and service; not the cleaning services as I have never utilized them. I came here several years ago after researching vacuums online. I have over 2000 sq. ft. of hardwoods and I wanted a vacuum that did a good job, wasn’t hard to manage, and would last. I had an idea of what I wanted when I went in, but the salesperson was great in answering all my questions and assuring me that I was getting a quality product. It’s an investment for sure, but the Miele I purchased from them has performed flawlessly. I recently went in and had a maintenance service done just to ensure it runs good for years to come. They are super friendly, answer any questions and got it done quickly. My vacuum came back to me looking like new. Highly recommend for your vacuum needs!
