As a native New Yorker all I can say is «yay!» What’s better than a NY slice? I guess an entire pie! Having just moved to this windy place finding a taste of home was a great surprise. Nice to be able to order a couple of slices and will most assuredly grab a pie next time because left over pizza is a treat!

So living with a true nyc’er who is a pizza snob this place rocks!!! The most authentic nyc pizza you can find! The secret is in the dough and they know what’s up. Every time we pass through Tulsa we stop to get a Sicilian to go! This is a must to stop in for!

Very good!!! From a boy who grew up in Philly… it was very nice to have something that reminded me of all of those great mom and pop places back in Philly. The crust and even the smell of the pizza was excellent. And I would HIGHLY recommend the garlic knots!

What a difference a couple of weeks makes. Mediocre pizza is being kind… just barely a step above CiCis. Staff indifferent. Not going to repeat this one.

No words to express how good this is! The garlic knots side I could just make a meal out of that! Best kept secret for take out. Not a place I would stay and eat. I want to take this back to the ranch and eat while binge watching my favorite shows and escape reality tastefully!

This place is not in the same category as an Andolini’s or even a Savastano’s or Hideaway for me personally. It’s pretty decent New York-style pizza at criminally low prices. I’ve been told their cannoli and other menu items are pretty solid as well, but I’ve always stuck to the slices of pizza when I’ve visited. You can order 2 pretty big slices and get out of there for less than $ 7. I’d give the quality/taste a B.

The pizza is a true New York style pizza and I know this because I am from the East Coast and just moved to Tulsa. I haven’t found a good piece of pizza place yet besides this place. The cannolis either the regular chocolate are normally fabulous as well. Prices are fair and the people are nice service is normally very quick.

We went 05⁄29 on a Friday night. It was very busy! We still had our pizza ready in 20 min. Price point: $ 15 for six decent slices with two topping(Pepperoni and bacon) The pizza; Fresh, hot and pretty decent. The toppings weren’t skimpy. The crust we good, Chewy and good texture. Sauce was good, we went light. The bacon was very good as was the Pepperoni. Ive read reviews saying it’s not as good as andolinis or pie hole… not a fair statement or comparison. Each pizza is unique in its own right and not comparable to one another. So, no. Nyc pizza is not like andolinis. NYC Pizza isn’t chain pizza and knocks it out of the park when it comes to a really decent Friday night Pie that isn’t cookie cutter or chain. To me the pizza was a cross between sbarro and pie hole. The staff was very friendly, the lobby was packed with people and everyone was laughing. It was a very friendly, warm, relaxed environment. Highly recommend you try it.

The Best NYC style pizza in town. The owners are NYC transplants and apparently have brought everything with them to make proper pie with them, except for the water. Order by the slice or call in for a take out order. At some point they had delivery, but whenever I tried, the driver was unavailable. However their pizza is still worth the drive for a take-out order. Crust is thin, has just enough char on it to make it flavorful, crisp, yet still foldable. The balance of cheese, sauce and toppings is just right. I’m also partial to their pepperoni rolls and cannollis.

We moved from Queens to Owasso a few months ago(10⁄2014) and have been trying to find good pizza. Success! Trust me, it’s authentic. Love this place. Excellent crust and perfect mix of cheese and sauce. Delish!

Some of my favorite by the slice pizza in Tulsa. I’ve asked many people from New York and they agree that NYC has authentic New York style pizza. If you are lucky you might hear a few New York accents from employees. Few things are a must try in my book. The Pizza roll ups are killer, I get one every visit. Also, get a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Last, indulge on any of their dessert items. Heck yeah!

Went here because of Unilocal reviews and was pleased with the whole experience. The cashier kept calling his«Ma» she was scurrying around filling drinks and taking people anything they asked for. They were all very nice to me, I am pretty timid, especially when I hear New York accents! The place is bigger than it looks and they do a big business in dine in, carry out and delivery, they were coming and going continuously, but it wasn’t annoying. Staff and customers all seemed very happy to be there. The pizza was easily folded, like they do in NYC. Soft brown crust with lots of cheese, pepperoni and a few anchovies. Nice taste and very filling. The chocolate cannoli thing was very good. I have pizza for at least 3 meals and desert for 2.

This place is OUTSTANDING. If you don’t get garlic knots to go with your pizza, you will certainly be doing yourself a disservice! You will not be disappointed by anything you order at this place. They will put whatever toppings you want on the pizza and pop it in the oven. I wasn’t sure how I felt about that at first, honestly. Oh my gosh though… holy amazing! I stuffed myself silly and wished I had room for more! Have you ever had a meal that you just wish wouldn’t end? The service is also fantastic. I unfortunately can’t remember the guy’s name who served us, but he was a hoot. I really enjoyed him… he made jokes and was a genuinely pleasant guy who you could tell really enjoyed his job. I will be sure to add his name next time I go there… because we will definitely be going back!

Holy Canoli Batman! Have you ever eaten at a place and then walked away planning the Unilocal review you were going to write? To me — this is one of those places. Small. Unpretentious. Fantastic pizza(no seriously — it will put a lot of New York, NY joints to shame), and sent-from-the-heavens canoli(not too heavy or light). Must go.

This is the place to come when you are far removed from NYC and you crave a slice of a thin crust pie. There’s a couple of places in Brooklyn and Queens that I have to hit for NY style pizza when I’m back east and I would say that these guys could compete with them. I typically dont get much in the way of toppings with this kind of pizza because I like the margherita style. Big cheesy and saucy slices to fold up and chew on while sucking down a couple of Peronis. They also have some shakers with garlic powder so be sure to sprinkle it on before you leave and by the time you get your food home it will not only taste great but smell great as well.

Lunch counter procedure: have a couple cheese pies out. You pick toppings desired and«Vinny» throws them on & finishes in the oven. Italian sausage this day. Not bad. Little lacking in flavor. Crust: just a little crispy, sweet and doughy. Above average. Sauce: nothing special. Little flavor, not quite as sweet as I like. Cheese: *almost enough. Good flavor to the blend. Conclusion: not bad pie, fair price($ 2.50 approximately for a slice). But man, am I spoiled by Andolini’s!

I grew up in the south Bronx. It has been 37 years since I have had a good slice. Until now. NYC pizza IS New York pizza. It is amazing! I drove 35 minutes to get there and worth every minute! And the strawberry cheese cake was awesome. If you like pizza you have to make the trip there! Its worth moving to Tulsa for.

Authentic East Coast style pizza pies. The restaurant has a nice divey feel to it which reminds me of the same pizza joints from NEPA. Good prices and friendly employees. Only regret is that Tulsa is a 45 minute drive from where we are at. I highly recommend this place for great pizza. Only one I have found in Tulsa area.

Sadly, going to have to ding them a star for not being open during their regular posted business hours. This is the 3rd or so time we’ve showed up and the place was dark and locked. Another time the lights were off and the door was locked but someone was inside. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to knock or just assume they’d turn on the open sign when they were ready. When you have a competing pizza restaurant literally 2 minutes from your location, this is not a good way to run your business. The pizza is still good but I recommend CALLING before making the trip as the posted business hours are not kept.
