Best bagel and sandwiches in Tulsa. Large servings, great quality and friendly service. Very clean dining area, not overly loud even when busy.

I love the bacon egg cheese on everything bagel. It’s so good! This is place is always popping and busy so be prepare to wait a bit!

I had the walstreet and my grandma had the veggie, mine was ok, she said hers was really good. However, we each ordered a side, coleslaw for me and tabouili for her, they were both horrible. We went thru the drive thru and we didnt open the bag until we got home. First, the sides being over 2 dollars a piece, should be in a small bowl, but they were instead in a small ramikin. The cabbage in my slaw was so wilted, it was brown and soggy, DISGUSTING! and my grandmas tabouili was not much more than bulga wheat and lemon juice, really? At almost 15 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 sides no drinks, they ought to be ashamed. The sad thing is, i was bringing my grandma home from the hospital and that was the first thing she had eaten in over 24 hours, and she was so excited, that was the first thing she said when she woke up from the anesthesia,(the first thing i could understand anyways) was that she wanted a bagel sandwich. It pained me to watch her throw her tabouili away, but atleast she liked her sandwich. Had it not been at the peak of lunch traffic when we arrived at my grandmas house, i would of returned those sides back to them. Not for a refund, that would be beneath me, no it would of been solely for the pleasure of embarrassing them in front of their ultra liberal patrons they tend to attract. Lucky for them im too conservative to waist that gas in lunch traffic for the sole benefit of a public shaming! Ill tell u, I’ve had some unpleasant experiences in the past and this was certainly NOT the worst, but ive never wrote a bad review before. In fact i downloaded this app just a few minutes ago only to right this review, i may never open it again. I guess to sum it all up, DONTMESSWITHGRANDMA!!!

Great bagels, large selection. They had some organic coffee. Also had half-n-half, almond milk, and soy milk to put in your coffee as well.

Last day on my business trip in Tula. Just wanted to grab something light before heading back to Dallas. I ordered a honey oat bagel with walnut cream cheese. It was very rich, creamy, and sweet. I especially loved the chunky walnuts. It made the walnut taste stand out more. I have to say the amount of the smear was very generous to the point it would be enough for another plain bagel. The bagel of course was nice and fresh. As long as bread is freshly made, I have no complaint. I also liked their drinks. They have an unusually wide selection from tea to coffee. I’m from Dallas and I have not seen a bagel shop that offers so many flavors of tea and coffee. Oklahomans may be more generous in this regard. I tried the hazelnut flavor, which was aromatic, nutty, and mediums bold. I had it black. This place offers an excellent atmosphere for morning Java and to start your day!

I’m so glad they are larger location on the south side of Tulsa now. The same great flavors and fresh bagels and goodies but in an easier location to access and being larger has more seating capacity. I always enjoy the selection of bagels and muffins. The food very much reminds me of what I find when I travel to the east coast.

I really like the South location! Great patio with lots of seating, and plenty of tables inside. On our last visit, hubby and I decided to sit outside because the weather was PERFECT. This is rare so we decided to take advantage. They have TVs outside mounted in the little alcove areas, and a corner fireplace near the stairs. Lots of umbrellas for shade, but honestly the alcoves are the best spots(protection from the wind). The sandwiches here are the same as the Brookside location — stuffed and delicious. Last visit I enjoyed the Turkey and Guacamole, which had just the right amount of guacamole to merit a few more napkins in my corner. SO yum! Same great tea and drink selection, and a fully stocked«extras» area(napkins, 4 flavors of coffee creamer, straws, lids, etc). Gotta visit the women’s bathroom, the Barbie wall is super cute.

My favorite go to spot for breakfast. I stop here quiet frequently and pick things up for the people at work. They are always accommodating to large orders and bag them up to make my life easier when I head back to work. The everything bagels are the most popular with us(double toasted.) The cookies and muffins are also great for a treat to have on hand for later on in the day. The outside patio is great and the inside is beautiful. Great atmosphere all around!

I’m OSB’s biggest fan. This one didn’t disappoint, but it’s not as good as the midtown restaurant. The BLT on everything was spot on. The breakfast bagel was so so. Coffee was good, they have an organic one available. BUT the cookies is where they fell short. The cookies were much more flat and even overdone in comparison to the midtown OSB. The space is amazing. It’s large and has a great fireplace, outdoor area, and multiple tvs. They also have the channels set to something other than soccer which I appreciate. Overall it’s a great bagel spot, but I’m still partial to the midtown location.

There’s not much to say about Old School except… YUM! I don’t crave bagels that often but when I do, Old School totally hits the spot. They have a variety of bagel and cream cheese options(jalapeño everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese is my favorite) and other bagel sandwiches. They achieve that really special bagel texture that so many get close to but fail — the right amount of crispiness on the outside, the right amount of softness on the inside, the right amount of density. They really do hit the spot. They also have cookies, pasteries and coffee, all of which are delicious. Coming to Old School for breakfast is a treat and I highly recommend it.

Huevos rancheros bagel sandwich with bacon is my favorite!!! Service here is great. Very quick! I’ve called in my order several times and it’s always ready when I arrive. One time I went on a Sunday for lunch after church and my friend and I had trouble finding a table, but other than that I love this place! I could eat a huevos rancheros bagel every day!

Old School opened a new location on Yale near St. Francis Hospital — this location is as good as the first. Their menu really isn’t fancy — there are bagels with cream cheese and there are bagel sandwiches. There are other things on the menu, but it doesn’t seem like most people order those. There are a great variety of flavors — my favorites are multigrain and everything. Similar to Panera, there are a handful of cream cheese flavors — this is a good way to go. Yet, a better alternative exists! Try the bagel sandwich — I like one with egg, cheese, and bacon or sausage. It’s like an Egg McMuffin on steroids! I also like the coffee at OSBC. There are several flavors but I typically go for the house blend. There’s the typical mix of creamers and sweeteners, but I also enjoy the coffee. Warning, it is extremely hot and needs a few pieces of ice to be drinkable. Finally, it’s just a cool location. It’s a new two story building on the side of a hill — they’ve put the restaurant on the second floor which provides some nice views. The floor plan is very open with plenty of TVs — this is great when Gameday is on on Saturday mornings. Overall, this is a great restaurant. It’s simple but super delicious.

Was awesome. I had a Plain Bagel with Wasabi Cream Cheese, Cucumber, Tomato, Red Onion & Salmon. The Wasabi Cream Cheese was good and Spicy and would definitely clear your Sinuses. I also had Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice it tasted so good!

Pros: At the recommendation of my brother in law and his girlfriend, my husband and I decided to check this place out. BIL recommended«everything bagel with everything on it.» No such thing on the menu. Husband got the everything bagel with all the meat(he’s a meat lover so this seemed right up his alley). I got the plain bagel with butter, cream cheese, lox, and capers. Great looking building. Clean. Long lines, but fast moving. Short wait for food. Takes credit cards. Cons: Husband only ate half his bagel. I know I’m going to get a lot of criticism for saying this, but I prefer the bagels at Einstein’s Brothers. I know, I know Einstein’s Brothers bagels are not exactly the traditional NY style bagels. Traditional bagels are so chewy. Makes me feel like they are too much work too eat.

The new interior space is huge and offers up a casual place to get a decent breakfast and lunch. Nicely decorated with historical family photos. Best bagels in Tulsa, because they are cooked properly. However a bit on the pricey side. The drive through at this location is going to be a problem, because you have to park and wait uphill and then when exiting, there’s a steep decline. Our incoming and imminent icy weather is going to lead to some accidents. I had pulled in and saw a 4 car line that didn’t appear to be moving. Went inside placed a simple order of one bagel with cream cheese and ham. Unfortunately had to wait around 15 minutes. Hopefully this is just a kink in the system that’ll be ironed out after being open for longer. Besides having the best tasting bagels in town, their lunch menu variety is also a draw. They do however close at 4, but feel that they are missing out on business, especially in the south part of town, not being open for dinner.

I was amazed when I first walked in. Despite all the cars, people and ominous line size, service was fast, friendly and helpful. Cashiers and food delivery people were beyond friendly, joking and clearing plates constantly. Did not feel rushed and enjoyed my time with friends in the bustling environment. The selection and choices were great, and as a native New Yorker, I’m always craving a good bagel but have never seemed to find the perfect one. Old School has got it down. The bagels were full and tasty, none of that shrunken bread and flimsy crust-just REAL bagel goodness man. Hit it up, you’ll be happy.

The new location is great and there is so much space that you don’t ever really feel like it is crowded. They know their bagels that is for sure as the everything bagels fills my pallets need for such great yummyness. I love the pepperjack breakfast bagel with sausage on an everything bagel. The only downfall of the new place is that it is very very very loud in there!

This new location is HUGE!!! And of course, the bagels and service are on par with the original Brookside location. I totally dig the breakfast bagels, but if you only come for breakfast, you MUST come back and get a lunch bagel sandwich some time. They are always so good too. I can’t pick a favorite sandwich, but anything with bacon is amazing.(Don’t forget you can add bacon to anything you want!!). Like the Brookside location, this one has a drive through. Unlike Brookside though, the parking is a bit more manageable. Even though it is located on a pretty steep hill, the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. There were also spaces available when I came on a Saturday morning. Though brookside is a bit closer to my house I went to this one on Saturday morning thinking that it would be less busy since it had just opened. Boy was I wrong! It was still busy as ever, but since it is a bigger location there were more tables and parking spaces available. It is on the second floor of a two story building, and they have an expansive patio with lots of extra seating. Though Brookside will always be the original, this location is a great alternative for those that live closer. The food is just as amazing, and so is the service. Check it out!
