Purchased a Groupon for dog grooming which was redeemed two days later when I had yet to receive the service. My appoitment was canceled and I wasn’t notified until I tried to drop my dog off only to discover they had changed locations. I had to contact them 3 different times to reschedule and then was just given a date and time with no options to pick from, but as I had already paid, I sucked it up and went out of my way to make the time work. Then when I pick up my dog (Cairn Terrier) she is groomed completely wrong (Schnauzer) and looks like an idiot. Will NEVER use this groomer again!!!

Love this place! They always take great care of my dog Charlie and he looks amazing after a haircut!
