What can I say about Penny? She is the best! Penny has helped me buy multiple homes over the years, as well as sell. She is more knowledgeable than any agent I have ever met (I believe she has been in the business for over 30 years).
I specifically was thankful that Penny convinced me to lower my offer on a home I was interested in. I was afraid to make an offer that might offend the seller, but Penny convinced me that we could always come up in price if we need to. As a result she saved me about $ 15,000. I guess that’s why you hire a real estate agent (as a buyer I did not have to pay her anything).
If you are in Tulsa, there simply is no better real estate agent. I would not work with anyone else!
