I moved to Tulsa several years ago and since I have lived here I’ve brought my car to the professionals at this Pep Boys. Today I made the mistake of trying someone else and ended up right back here. There was no wait at all. The mechanic who took care of us, Dustin, was awesome in helping us diagnose and solve my tire issues. Inside Terrence was the professional at the desk who informed me of all my tire replacement options. He and the rest of the staff were all really friendly. Expect good service from folks who genuinely want to see you drive off the property will a fully functional vehicle.

Not a good experience with them and will not use them ever again. Took our vehicle in as soon as they opened only to be told later that No it was after noon according to them. Lie #1. Told the work that needed to be done was 8 hr job, Lie #2. Did not get vehicle back until 30 hours later. Treated rudely, treated as if I was an ignorant female. Oh well, I am not a customer there ever again.

This is the absolute worst experience I have had just having to get work done on my car. The guy in front of me was getting just 4 new tires. Nothing else and it took four hours. Highly recommend not ever coming here if you can at all avoid it.
