I visited this shop because my stylist, Caroline, was hired by this shop. Caroline is the only person I will let touch my hair, and I have been her client for over 15 years. I am so pleased she is in this shop. It looks like an old fashioned men’s barber shop, but I was never uncomfortable as a female. Tom offered a cup if coffee, and Mitch made small talk and I felt like I was well-cared for and welcome.

Tom at Professional Image has provided only great service to me for my haircuts. I call every other week for an appointment and can always get in within a day or two. The shop is very clean and well-maintained. I travel extensively and sometimes need to get my haircut when I’m on the road but I always go back to Professional Image when I’m in Tulsa. The staff are very professional and courteous. If you need a great haircut and shoeshine, this is the place. I see that other reviews mention stylists who no longer work there. The current staff is great!

Got a Groupon for a regular cut here. Tom asked me what I was looking for and set to work. I got a full shampoo, condition, and style, as well as a straight edge to my sideburns and neck to make everything razor sharp. The cut felt much less rushed than it does when I hit my usual get-in-and-get-out spots, but still only took 30 minutes. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality cut.

Horrible experience! I can’t even give them 1 star because I would not let them touch my hair. I had to laugh at the«By appointment only» question by Unilocal because they don’t seem to know what that means at this salon. I am new and looking for a salon in the area. I got a Groupon annoncement and figured this was a good way to try someone out. I set up an appointment with«Susan» a week in advance. I rushed out there on a Friday evening after work only to be told when I got there that she had allegedly lost my phone number and wasn’t able to call me to tell me she was going home sick. We rescheduled for the following Saturday afternoon. I called the salon 2 hours in advance of my appointment to confirm the appointment. When I walked in at my scheduled time, the hairdressers looked over their shoulders and continued working. I sat and waited for 10 minutes until one of the hairdressers went to check out their customer. I let him know that I had an appointment with«Susan». She came over and told me that I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes. The place is a barbershop looking place, so definitely not worth the wait or aggravation.
