My Turkey, Ranch and Swiss sandwich was not very toasty… It was actually cold. They were so slow getting the person in front of me served that my ‘not very toasty’ sandwich sat for about 5 minutes after ‘toasting’. Very disappointing. Won’t be back. I prefer hot and toasted sandwiches.

This is a privately owned franchise and we showed up at closing time. They were accommodating and gracious — treating us like family. Looking forward to stopping by there again — as the food was delicious and prepared with care, a smile, and some very nice conversation.

I was literally shocked when Quiznos announced there intent for corporate bankruptcy. I figuratively gave up on life for a week, where I pondered the meaning of my existence without a readily available Quiznos. I sure do love me some toasted subs. Good News: This location is a privately owned franchise and is still operative, offering the full range of toasted subs, with fresh ingredients, and of course the all you can eat pickles and peppers. Bad News: This location is a privately owned franchise. There are only 3 employees that I have seen working there(I’m assuming the owners) and service can be a bit slow. Also they don’t honor company coupons.

I am very surprised at the other customer ratings. I go there about once every couple weeks. They are required to weigh the meat that they put on and are far from skipping out on toppings. I usually end up with too much which is fine by me. It looks like the gentleman before had a very bad experience and groupons can be difficult sometimes. I have worked where they were. Regardless the people are very nice, the meat tastes much better than subway. It is much more fresh. I am stuck between Quiznos and Bill and Ruths as far as the best Subs in Tulsa.

I would give a half star, if I knew how. Poor customer service seems to be the standard. I just recently had an issue with a groupon. Even showing the manager the fine print, she still didn’t allow me to use my groupon. It was for 8 sandwiches and I’ve had cold sandwiches before because they didn’t know how to work the register. This time she told me the never expiring card had expired. Plus, she told me it didn’t work for signature subs when the fine print in the groupon stated it did. In general, you have to watch them or they will skip adding toppings, presumably to save money. Maybe this is different if you are a regular, I’m not sure. I have only been there about 12 times over the past year. They were sub par, but the food was decent. This last time and the issues and lack of customer service has made it my last time ever. Quiznos as a whole isn’t bad, but this one needs a lot of customer service training. She finally gave in and the sandwich was good. But, I’ll never give them any of my money again.
