Red Lobster

Looking for crab cakes and to my dismay this «seafood» restaurant had none. A very limited lunch menu and my child’s Mac & Cheese –while it appeared to be Kraft mac&cheese was actually worse tasting. Most of the food was bland. This place needs to modernize their menu. Service was great though.

So typically I’m a huge fan of Red Lobster as there food is usually very consistent and rarely changes over time. But today was one of those days where nothing went right from beginning to end. After a 30 – 45 minute wait to be seated. Seated at 1:45 finally got drinks at 2pm, granted its a Sunday it’s busy but 15 minutes just for drinks, come the pop machine is ten steps from my table. 2:15 appetizer arrives. 30 minutes goes by no salad no bread. Then here comes the entrée. Keep in mind no salad no bread. Not sure who I blame though the server or management, the server has tables clear across the other side of the restaurant. There’s no way he can possibly be as attentive to his guest as I feel he should be. I’ve been out of the hospitality business for a while and I realize things change over time. Today at one of my favorites sucked! That is all. Two hours of my life gone. However I never go anywhere expecting to eat for free. The manager did recognize the problem and took care of us.

Every time I come to this Red Lobster, I always get good service and good food! Being pregnant and craving lobster and crab, this was definitely the place to go! I ordered the Ultimate Feast and I was worried it wasn’t going to look like the picture in the menu. I know it may not be as pretty but at least be the same portion size that they advertise. Thankfully I was not disappointed when I received my entrée. It was so good and just what I wanted! The crab legs were a teeny bit overlooked but still good. I definitely recommend this Red Lobster but I can’t say the same about the other locations. We also ordered the White wine and Garlic mussel appetizer. I wasn’t too impressed with it but it wasn’t terrible. I’ll probably try something else next time though. I just thought it was going to be a little more flavorful.

The service was lacking.
The food took a long time to get to the table and was not as hot and fresh as I was expecting.
Our waiter was less than attentive.

SERVICE: Amazing. Our server Colton was attentive and funny.
FOOD: Delicious. Yes, it’s a chain but those cheddar biscuits are like no other.
PRICE: 3 course meal for $ 16.99? Sign me up! I was full from the biscuits, soup, and entrée that I took the dessert to go.
LAST WORD: Go.

Same old seafood joint. Has really good shrimp. The cheddar biscuits are usually very good today slightly raw today.

The dining experience was fantastic tonight. My husband and 1 year old son took me here to eat for my birthday. Our server (i wish i remembered her name but sadly i dont) was amazing. Our drinks were never even half empty, we didn’t have to ask for ANYTHING she seemed to have anticipated every single one of our needs. she was courteous and fast paced and great communication and attitude toward our child. Ive been a server for a while; therefore i am very picky about the level of service i recieve and also understa. d that sometimes serving little ones with hot plates can be a challenge, but she went above and beyond my regular dining expectations. The food was amazing and the grill cooks were fast and the presentation was perfect. The only thing i was not happy with at all, were the deep fried calamari; it was like chewing dried out bubble gum. Thanks folks!

We come to town twice a yr for the gun show and always eat here the first night. You’re just getting better all the time. The service was above and beyond by Monique. We had her back in April also. We’ve Never had a server as great as her !!! Thank you so much Monique and keep up the good work !!! Thanks for being the Red Lobster that’s always fabulous, way to go see ya in the spring !!!

My husband and I ate here last night because I was dying for some biscuits and shrimp. There were a lot of people waiting to be seated for a Wednesday night, but I believe they had a couple big parties. We got in quicker than anticipated. Unfortunately, our waiter was a bit distracted with a large party. We tried a new appetizer-​shrimp lettuce wraps. They had a fancier name, but I don’t remember. The shrimp was delicious, but the lettuce was wet and just made it messier to eat, so we ate the shrimp by itself. I had the endless shrimp and started with the shrimp linguine alfredo and the sriracha grilled shrimp. The grilled shrimp was supposed to come with an aioli dipping sauce and when it didn’t I asked the waiter. He argued with me and after I insisted he went to the kitchen to check and lo and behold they had it. The sriracha shrimp was amazing! I wish I could have ordered more. Unfortunately, our waiter didn’t come back for a long time to see if I wanted more. By the time he did, it was late and I didn’t want to wait for the next order. Red Lobster is one of those restaurants that has a couple things I really love and I will come here when I have a craving, but it’s nothing spectacular. We usually have better service and was disappointed this time, though.

We had such excellent service and food today. Our server was Tyler. We thought he should know that we noticed he made great efforts to keep us happy and was a great server. We appreciated it because great service is becoming rare. He really cared about if we were enjoying our meal and experience. So Thankyou Tyler, for the awesome service! We’ll be back soon.

Seafood… oh and they have some landfood too. Went here a while back with the family. It was a good experience. Had a drink at the bar while waiting for a table. The place is always packed at dinner. (good sign) Got seated and had some cheddar bay biscuits. Good lord those things are like crack. I could just sit there and eat those all evening. Ordered lobster and steak for dinner because I am a champion. The steak was eh… the lobster was pretty good. The salad that came with the dinner was good time. Prices and portions seem good. I will be back next time I am craving some lobster or crab.

The epitome of «OK». Absolutely nothing special. The service was good, the wine was pedestrian, the food was fine. Whatever. I’ll be happy enough if I never come here again. Totally unmemorable.

I was in Tulsa for a family member’s birthday event. We had a large party of 13. We had excellent service which is hard to find with a large party. The reason for 2 stars is the food quality and price. It was too salty and not much flavor but salt and oil. I had the salmon and shrimp. For the quality of the food it’s very expensive. Good service but food needs some work. I won’t be returning.

My mom is staying with us while she recovers from knee replacement surgery. She wanted some shrimp tonight and decided on Shrimp Linguini Alfredo from Red Lobster.
She really liked the dish, but the side salad that came with it was another matter. She said it was one of those that came out of bag vs. fresh cut. So not very good.
I had to wait a few minutes at the bar where you pick up carry out orders. No one was there. But it was just a few minutes and he brought my order up. I was really surprised that there was NO carry out parking spots. I had to park on the side and walk around.
The lower rating is more about the lack of carry out parking and the salad. The place was busy and I bet we would have enjoyed it if we ate there.

My friends and I dined at Red Lobster last night for a Unilocal event.
The food, atmosphere, wait staff, managers, and company were great.
Each time Red Lobster adds a new entrée or appetizer to their menu, I get excited to try it out. Last night we were able to try out multiple with the Unilocal Rendezvous.
My fiancé loved the buffalo bites, I personally loved the chili shrimp, though we thought the cooks prepared everything very nicely and there was not one thing we did not like. We thought it was a unique idea to put fish in a bag and serve it in the bag to the table. It was delicious.
We will be going back to Red Lobster soon. My fiancé and I enjoy good crab legs and shrimp. Both always satisfy at Red Lobster compared to the competition in town.
Also, we want to commend the people in charge of the remodeling both inside and outside. A job well done on the changes and improvements. We appreciate your hard work to make the guest’s experience a more enjoyable one.

While I had a great experience the last time I went there, I can’t give it more stars. I don’t like chains. The food and atmosphere are just never 5 stars.

Dewanna G. was a good waitress, helpful and friendly. Her suggestions were good. I was so surprised by the freshness of the grilled salmon. I had it for Sunday lunch along with some of the tastiest steamed broccoli I’ve ever had and a small backed potato and side salad. (The salad still needs just a little more tweaking to be really good with fresh mixed greens) And the cheese biscuits could not get any better.

We had an incredible experience here for my friends birthday dinner. There were 12 of us so things could have been very confusing but the two waiters were wonderful. Travis and… I don’t remember his name! were waiting on us. They were so attentive and they constantly checked on us to make sure everything was alright and they were always smiling!!! so good. We ordered a ton of food:
appetizers:
shrimp bruchetta– very tasty, fresh, and mouth watering good
new: shrimp Parmesan and crab dip– a massive hit! Everyone loved it, it’s quite cheesy and the bread that comes with it is crispy and buttery. It’s a generous portion because everyone tried it and there was still some left over… but it was finished quickly!
parrot island coconut jumbo shrimp– the pineapple sauce that comes with them is SO GOOD. IT’s a wonderful combo together. The shrimp are huge and juicy but they have a wonderful sweet crunchy outside
crispy calamari with vegetables– very good if you like fried food
for the meal I ordered the Ultimate Feast… because it’s amazing. The crab legs were huge and juicy and everything else was fantastic!

the birthday boy ordered the create your own feast– wood grilled salmon, shrimp linguine, and garlic grilled shrimp
I wont go through what everyone else got, but everyone loved their meal. The servers Travis, and… I“m sorry!!! were truly incredible. AH! I LOVE THIS PLACE!
