Smashburger

I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to this place. Horribly flaky burger with the flavor smashed OUT, quite literally. Paid 20 dollars for a burger, a side of rosemary fries, and dessert. The fries were overall the best item I had. Ordered a shake but wanted it to go because I wasn’t very happy at all about the rude service I got at the counter and too loud music. Ordered a large shake, gave me a smaller size than the large size she showed me. I noticed while walking away with it and turned back to ask about it and she said it’s still the same price but you get the small cup if you order it to go… to conclude, I would never go back to a Smashburger. The burger was seriously up there with the worst I had ever had. The wholw experience started off on the wrong note with the girl at the counter less than excited to help me or even show 5% kindness.

Quality burger and quality fries. You can either do sweet potatoes right or wrong and boy did Smashburger do them right. Went with a group of friends and the staff gladly accommodated our group, food came out in a timely manner and it was served with a smile. The burger was dang good man.
Could’ve been a little friendlier at the counter, but hey, it was rainy and dark out, I would’ve been feeling blah too.

I was preparing myself for a juice cleanse and really wanted one last deliciously greasy burger before jumping into a fast. I had heard of smash burger before but never tried it. I took a chance and came here around dinner time on a Tuesday. A few families were there, very clean dining and a fun atmosphere. I asked the staff for recommendations and ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the Rosemary French fries. Best decision ever. If you’re anything like me, you know exactly what you want when you order a burger. I knew I wanted cheesy, fatty, with the perfect amount of greasiness, not enough to make you feel awful after eating it. This burger was everything I dreamed of. I ate it so quickly because it was perfect. The fries were almost gone before I got home. The blend of seasonings and salt were amazing on the crispy French fries. I may or may not have dreams about them. The best part about this meal– I didn’t feel overweight and disgusting after eating it. Usually after eating burgers at fast food restaurants I do. I will certainly be back here and try the shakes. I was not motivated to jump into my juice fast after this burger.

I like Smashburger. They serve a good tasty burger with delicious sides. Today I had the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. They both were quite good. Their servings are not huge but are sufficient for my appetite.
Other Smashburgers I have been to have had more prompt service and were cleaner than this one. It seemed they were short staffed with one guy taking orders, assembling orders and making shakes. The line moved pretty slow. I had to deduct a star for the wait and the dirty tables.

Really good quality burgers. I ordered takeout from here, and it was really quick and delicious. Service was also really good.

Yummo!!! I’d eaten at Smashburgers before, but never fell in love till they came to My Neighborhood. I’m a french fry freak, and Smash Fries are some of the best. Do not make the mistake of ordering regular fries… you have to specify… SmashFries…and they are far from regular… drizzled with olive oil, then sprinkled with rosemary and garlic.
Personally, I get a Smashburger with everything except ketchup, plus extra pickles (if I remember). Plus Smashfries. If I’m feeling like something more healthy I order the chicken, cucumber and goat cheese «burger»…also available as with a beef patty. It is stupendous as well. The buns are delicious… I’m known for ditching half the bun at many establishments… but not here.
You order at the counter, and the food is delivered to your table. There’s a patio, and while I’ve never seen someone there with their pet, I inquired recently, since I frequently have my dog in the car, and they said… yes, four legged friends are welcome. Woohoo… that makes Smashburger one of my go to places in Southtown.

This is the 2^nd place I’ve tried that I probably wouldn’t have ever visited if not for a Unilocal Elite event. I was surprised by the quality of the food and the variety of menu items because I tend to be picky about burgers and prefer them cooked to temperature.
At the event, we got to try a variety of burgers, all quite good. I got the BBQ bacon and cheese when I came back for lunch. It is served on an egg bun with a generous helping of haystack onions. I removed some of these and added them to the side of haystack onions I had ordered. Love side options that extend beyond fries, although the smashfries are nothing to sneeze at.
Smashburger also has… chicken. So don’t hold back from trying it if you’re not a burger aficionado. And if you’re not in a meat eating mood, they have a spicy black bean burger that they have perfected in order to give a good option to our non-​meat eating friends. A variety of salads are also available.
The restaurant is clean, the décor is modern, and the service is friendly. The only thing I really have to ding them on is the bottled ranch dressing. Ranch dressing is super simple to make and doesn’t go bad quickly, so in my humble opinion there is never ever an excuse for a restaurant to serve bottled ranch. Especially in Oklahoma, where ranch dressing is our state liquid.

I just got the basic burger and it was good. The smash fries were good also. I’ll definitely go back but probably try and look for a more speciality burger.

Disclaimer: The first and so far only time I’ve eaten here was for a private event, so my experience may have differed from most others as the staff and facilities were in their best condition. I will definitely go back during regular business hours and will update my review accordingly.
That being said there was so much I loved about this restaurant. The food was delicious. My favorite appetizers were the fried pickles (lightly breaded so that the flavors could actually be tasted) and the Smash fries (the combination of garlic and rosemary made the dish seem more upscale than regular French fries). My favorite burger was the Truffle Mushroom Swiss. It smells delicious thanks to the truffle mayo, it looks absolutely tantalizing with those sautéed portabella mushrooms stacked on the meat, and it tastes so incredibly juicy with the smoky aged cheddar. My mouth’s watering recalling it. My favorite shake was the Nutter Butter, made with creamy Häagen Dazs and actual cookies. Peanut butter fans like me, rejoice! I’d seriously stop by Smashburger for one of those babies and skip an actual ice cream place.
I love the layout of the restaurant. With two sides of floor-​to-​ceiling windows letting in all the natural light it feels much larger than it actually is. And the setting of the tables also decreases the sense of crowd. The place — floor, tables, restroom — is clearly regularly and thoroughly cleaned. The employees had smiles on their faces, answered all my questions, and made great recommendations. It was a great experience. One I hope holds up on a repeat visit.

SmashBurger wow… I had never eaten here before… now I know what I was missing out on OMG YUM! They might not have a huge variety of burgers but they have everything that you could be craving.

You can tell they take pride in every burger they make because their done so well and not just slapped together. perfect size portions as well… couldn’t of asked for a different place to spend my first elite event at!

This place is the bomb. It’s clean and new with a lot more seating than the other two in Tulsa. Like the others it tends to be a little noisy inside, but they have a great outside dining area on the east side of the building which is shaded from the sun in the afternoon. It has the same great burgers and fries that Smashburger is known for. I especially like the fried pickles, the haystack fries and the Oklahoman hamburger. Everything is made fresh and not until you order it, yet they still bring it to you in 5 to 10 minutes. The staff, including the teenagers, are very helpful and well trained. I suggest getting a to-​go cup, so you can get a refill as you leave. They even have Coke Zero, my favorite.
