Waited 15 mins for small order and drink… watched 5 cars come and go before I pushed the button again and told them what happened. They said it was rang up on the wrong stall and they took it to every car to see if it was theirs… except mine I guess. Then was offered no real apology. At first they accused me of moving spots. Ridiculous! They are all running around asking every car if this is their food. Was asked again if I ordered more food and she had someone else’s food just hoping she finds the right car. This is crazy!!!

Worst Sonic I’ve been to. Both times I’ve gone right after the Happy Hour special is over and before the after work rush. They’ve been so slow and unenthusiastic about their jobs. Both times the place looked almost empty. Then my food has been cold once I got it. I’m disappointed because Sonic is one of my favorite fast food places.

SLOW! Maybe understaffed or not trained properly but something needs to be fixed on the management side of things. The food is as good as all Sonics. The cinnamon bite things are freakin awesome! Just make sure you check your order because they have forgotten the cream cheese dip 2 out of 3 times I have ordered them. My 2 stars are because of how slow they are.

Contrary to Eric Z’s opinion, I find most things about this Sonic location to be pretty good. One does have to keep in mind that it IS a Sonic and not a fancy steak house, and that staff turnover is high because wages are so low. That said, after literally hundreds of visits over the years, I can count the times they«screwed up» my order on the fingers of one hand. I go to this Sonic 2 – 3 times a week, mainly because of the personal convenience of having it near my residence, but also for the wide variety of offerings. If you’re there on a weekday, you may be lucky enough to have Mario as your carhop. This Mexican-American is genuinely warm, friendly and eager to make sure your order is exactly as you wanted it to be. Don’t forget that non-ice cream drinks are always half-price 365 days a year between 2 – 4 p.m. and there is no extra charge for added flavors. One final thing to keep in mind … Tips are vital for the carhop’s economic survival. Personally, I think 10% is about right for their to-your-car service.

Guaranteed to screw up your order. The employees here need to be re-trained. For instance, the sonic blast will have toppings only on the top, dig an inch down and that’s all! One cup of their ‘ice cream’, which is arguably the worst part of the sonic blast. This is one story of many. I won’t be back to this Sonic.
