Pros: they get my husband’s clothes clean. Same day cleaning if dropped off before 11am. Private parking lot. Plenty of spots. Convenient hours. Curb side service.
Cons: How does this curb side service work? Sometimes I park in the same place and they rush out right away. Sometimes they keep me waiting and try to serve others who arrive there after me? Internet trolls will comment and tell me to walk in, but it’s hard to do with kids and dogs in the car. It’s hard for me to pay this much for dry cleaning. Growing up in a big city, there were $ 1.99 and $ 0.99 dry cleaning places on every corner.

It’s so sad when a great local business changes hands and the atmosphere and reliability plummet. I had been a loyal customer for years when I took my favorite sport coat in for mending. Without asking, their alterations person destroyed my coat and their cavalier attitude about ruining it shocked me. I learned my lesson and will switch to a reputable cleaners.

The girl came out to my car when I was dropping off — that is great service! Too bad one of the girls standing inside didn’t do the same for my pick up. Maybe that isn’t something you offer. This was my first visit so I don’t know what to expect. Pricing seemed a little high to me, even when compared to cleaners in the area.
