My grandfather passed away very suddenly, and frankly we were at a loss as how to proceed. From the moment I called Stan from the hospital, I knew we were in good hands. He and his team walked us through everything we needed to do, and he was very respectful and pleasant to work with, never pushy.
My family is Chinese, and we had several complicated cultural traditions that we needed to include. Stan took care of everything, from the VA benefits to the obituary to tracking flower deliveries the day of, and the service was beautiful.
Much to my grandmother’s delight, Stan even came to the dinner reception afterwards on his own time. I know she is relieved that Grandfather was well cared for, and that Stanleys will do the same for her someday. Highly recommended.
