Pros: grab a Valencia orange refresher before every flight. My drink is always correct and I wait an appropriate amount of time for my order. When the airport is slow, the cashier/barista(always the one person) can be really nice. She’s talkative and makes recommendations. Cons: When it’s busy, she can be rather sullen. Flat affect and monotone speaking voice. I would be cranky too if I had to ring up and fulfill orders for all these cranky travelers. They’re always rushing her and they’re not ver nice.

Wow. This place is awesomely bad. But, I assume it is the fault of the management of the food service company that runs this place. Very poor staff scheduling skills, or just a cheap a$$ company. Very slow service – I finally gave up after waiting 20 minutes in a line with 3 people in it. Only one person was actually working there at 3:30pm. WTF? Avoid this place at all costs.

I travel through Tulsa International Airport(why did they name it International and there are no international flights??) often and the line here amazes me. 1 – 2 additional workers would double the net at this coffee shack!

The girl wouldn’t stop yawning when she was taking our order! The quality if the drinks was SB, so OK there. Small selection of baked goods, but it is Christmas, so they might not be expecting much business.

on the concourse… so it should be staffed. No, they left one person on a Sunday morning. She called for assistance several times and nothing happened. However, when the assistance showed up he just oozed attitude of how irritated he was to be there.
