I frequent Starbucks all over the country and have to say this is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. I believed the first few incidences were merely an off day for the store/staff, then I hoped that with more visits they would improve as I got to see them more and they learned my order. But unfortunately it has only gotten worse. With each visit I am blessed with a display of staff bickering, barking at one another, openly complaining about each other, snapping at each other when things aren’t retrieved from the back or orders being filled. They are very slow with service and a general sence of misery from every staff member except Erica. I visit this store every morning at 10:00 am with the exact same order, Trenta cold brew, half & half, 7 pumps vanilla, everyday. Only once, in 8 weeks, has this store actually taken the time to be prepared and have cold brew made the night before. I know it takes 20 hours to brew and I ask why cant the staff have it on the list of to dos each morning so it is ready? It might not be so bad if I was just passing thru but I come in everyday asking for the same thing and get the same answer, «No, sorry we didn’t make any or were out» for 8 weeks! I am a dedicated Starbucks costumer with one to two beverages a day but after this experience I’m tempted to find a completely new coffee shop to meet my coffee crazied needs! So keeps my gold card status, not worth crap of the services is like this!

I frequent all the Starbucks in the Tulsa area and I’m sorry to say the one on 81st near Mingo joins the ranks as one of the worst in the area. They take a very long time, compared to others that are just as busy, and they still got my order wrong. Ordered from the drive thru, they got it wrong. Had to park and wait, it was brought out, still wrong. Went in and had to have it remade. Have to say everyone was courteous. Although, the person behind the Barista behind the one who finally got it right was surly and didn’t understand why I was bringing in a Grande and it was wrong. Well, I ordered a Venti, and I never asked for vanilla. Have a great day everyone!

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Lots of flies inside. Bathroom had clean toilet and sink but lots of paper trash sitting out. Nothing but half and half sitting out. Exceptionally slow service and apathetic staff. Many customers were complaining about wait times and staff simply shrugged– and there were several people on duty. Glad we were merely passing through town because I won’t go back.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks ive ever come across. Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve been here. This time was a complete accident because I had a similar experience my first time here. There’s literally no one in line in the store and it took seven minutes to get a drink and then they got it wrong. These kids talk about all kinds of things outside of work and have customers waiting to be helped. I’ll make sure to bookmark this location so I never end up stopping here again.

Still my favorite drive through Starbucks. The girl working the window, I can not remember her name for the life of me but she had strawberry blond hair, was friendly and quite funny. When in Tulsa I always like to swing by for a cup of joe an a laugh.

This is a great Starbucks! Very convenient location for South Tulsa. The staff us very nice and quick with orders. Both are drinks were correct. Only downside, it is very small and always full of TCC students studying. So, if you want to sit or study, I would venture to another Starbucks.

Love this location! Right by TCC so this is where I go when I have my late night classes and I need a pick me up! It is always busy with people from TCC studying and using their free wifi which is fine that’s what it is there for but I can early find a seat here to study myself! Wish this location could expand a bit

Love Starbucks. Don’t go as much as I would like due to pricing. This starbucks is very friendly and fast. I’ve gone through drive through before work and see the long line thinking I don’t have time but they get everyone taken care of quickly. Also really enjoy their skinny drinks :)

I went through the drive-thru and the service was quick and friendly. Paying with my starbucks app saves a lot of time as they just have to scan my phone and I can go. My only complaint is that I ordered my iced coffee without sugar or syrup, but with two packets of equal and they forgot the equal. I still drank it, but it was stronger than I wanted it to be. It was a simple mistake, so I’ll definitely go back.

I live aross from this one. Its pretty generic. Its also a little small. Overall they give the classic good Starbucks experience. If you like Starbucks you’ll like this one
