If there was a way to have no stars that’s what I would choose– what a sub level furniture store! My salesman was nice enough but after a snafu on their part caused a request to speak with a manager, I was shocked at the«disheveled joke» that showed up! He actually told me to go to Mathis Brothers! Which I did– I will never ever return to this nasty place.

I got an Ashley sofa and 2 recliners for under 900.00 as I mentioned I was a teacher. Got a nice discount that was already there plus a wonderful salesperson(DW) serenaded me as I was buying the furniture. Thank you for a great experience! We will be back soon!

I received poor customer service. I bought 2 items(bedroom set and a recliner) and both times had to call customer service to fix issues. The 2nd time they didn’t take care of it I had to fix it myself. In between those trips I went in 1 other time and was told to wait(which ended up being 30 minutes) in which that time I talked myself out of the purchase. I’ll probably go somewhere else next time.

So my wife and I decided to go shopping for a new sectional, or a couch, love seat, and recliner. Our old sectional we had bought when we first got married was starting to become less comfortable and with 5 of our four legged children and hopefully in the next year or two our first two legged one. Anyway we needed more space for our kiddos. So we went shopping to multiple places in Tulsa and Muskogee and it was horrible as it usually is anytime you go furniture shopping. It was so annoying having the other places employees hovering over you while shopping. Well we went into Sunshine Furniture and it was very typical at first all of the sales people were right at the door waiting and jumped up when you walked in. However after we told them that we just wanted to look and that we had a good idea as to what and where to look the sales person just left us to our own devices and never bothered us at all until we called them over. Well after searching around the store for around 30 – 45 minutes we found our sectional. We called Jason over and began the question process. We asked about all the warranties, the shipping process and cost, and what we would have to pay up front because they had parts of it on back order. We got to talk to their manager who was an awesome veteran like myself and was so great working with myself, my wife, and my service dog. This was a truly awesome experience for me and if I need to order anything else I will come back and buy all of my furniture through them.
