Nothing Super about it, should be renamed Super Dump, worst hotel I stayed at on my 7 day trip. Bed was old and very uncomfortable, property is not in a good area and needs remodeled badly. Got woken up by a car alarm going off. The rooms are very loud, no peace and quiet, you can hear traffic and people outside as if the door was opened. Lots of sketchy people looming around this area. They didn’t bother to put a shower curtain on the shower so there was no way to shower without it going all over the floor. Keep driving, find somewhere a lot better. Won’t stay here again.

First off, I would like to say Merry Christmas to each and every one of you! My Christmas has not been merry at all here at this Super 8. I originally wanted to stay at the Knights Inn on 11th Street and South Garnett Road. However, the still shows that no rooms are available. And, so does the website where I originally tried to book myself a room. So, I decided to look further on the site and saw that there was a room at Super 8 for $ 49.99. I pushed the online contact button which connected me to an online representative. After completing my reservation by giving them all of my information, I was asked if I would like my confirmation number and all of the details emailed to me, or would I just like it done verbally. I chose verbal and was given a confirmation number. I wrote the confirmation number down and asked the booking representative if she could find out if I could have permission to do an «early check in». She told me that it is at the discretion of the property itself. I asked her to contact the property directly while I remain on hold. I remained on hold until she got confirmation that I could check in at 1:00 A.M. this Christmas morning. After a few minutes of being on hold I was told that I could check in early at 1:00 A.M. Christmas morning and check out December 26th, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. without extra charges or penalties. After hanging up with the property, the representative let me know that everything was fine and that my room was non-smoking with a queen bed. It was already 1:06 A.M. and I still had not made it yet to the property. Finally, I made it! The Super 8 is located at 1011 S. Garnett Rd., Tulsa, OK74128. Guess what? This is the same exact location where Knights Inn was located. And, guess what, again? Motel 6 was also located here over a year ago! What a mess! The Knights Inn sign is now located so many yards further back from the Super 8 motel sign now. And, I have stayed at this very same property each time these hotel names have been changed since it was Motel 6. Next, I came in to claim my reservation and the black Super 8 employee named Chris(I feel that certain descriptions have to be given sometimes, just in case employees refuse to give their true names) told me that there was no reservation at all under my name! I told him that I had a confirmation number and verbally gave it to him. He repeated that he did not see anything under the description on the computer. So, I decided to sit down and track the contact number that was on the website on my phone. Chris asked me what I was sitting down for and if I was going to leave or what. I explained to him that I was calling the number that I reserved the room from. It belonged to Wyndham(1−888−424−0129). It was now 1:11 A.M. I spoke to a Wyndham representative, who sounded like the same lady who I spoke to before. I informed her that Chris said that he could not find anything on me at all. The representative then asked to speak to Chris from my phone. Chris then told me that he recalled speaking to them«a while ago». Next, he spoke to the representative and I heard him repeating to her, «So, there will not be any penalties by this early check-in.» After the conversation ended, Chris began typing on the computer. This went on for over thirty minutes. He said that he was having problems printing up the ticket. Further, he took out two phones and it looked like he spoke to someone. At 1:47 A.M. he printed me out a receipt. I didn’t look at it until after 4:00 P.M. Why does it say room rate 12/24/2014 when it is 12/25/2014 Christmas day? Anyway, he sent me to room #137. I entered the room and it was dirty. It had not been cleaned. It was a double queen bed room with one bed totally messed up, the other bed looked like someone slept in it but tried to remake it, and the trash was full with empty wrapping paper rolls. As a result, I returned to the front desk and informed Chris of the dirty room. He told me that another guy said that his room was dirty but it was O.K. and he would take it. I then told Chris that I will not take a dirty room. Next, Chris asked me to check out room #144. I entered room number 144 and it was filthier than the first room! It had trash all over the floor, trash in the trash, messy beds, the room reeked of cigarettes, and there were plates of waffles on the dresser and stuff! My God! I was bone weary and upset! Once again I returned to the office and told Chris that this was another dirty room. He apologized that it was a smoker’s room. I told him that I noticed that room #138 was available, clean, and had one queen bed. Chris then told me that the rooms that had one bed were for the handicapped. Next, he told me that I was going to be in room number 202 and that the computer said that the room was clean. He also said, «Thank you for this experience. «I was so upset that I could not see straight, yet I remained quiet and waited. I finally made it to room
