Normally I have no problem with bueno however at this location service is very slow to nonexistent I waited 7 minutes to even be knowledge no one in the front was being waited on at all

Boy ol boy. I ordered THREE party tacos in the drive thru at 7:00. There were 4 cars ahead of me, and a total of 6 in the parking lot – including employees. IT TOOK 25 minutes of MY LIFE to get my order. Complained to the 1st kid who took my money & he just shrugged. The 2guy who finally had my tacos told me «yeah there’s only 3 of us workin.» My guess is they shudda put their blunts down & hustled just a bit. THIS SUCKED…

I don’t typically give a 1 star to a business no matter how bad, but this could be the exception. My family visited for a quick bite between activities. Cashier was new and couldn’t put the order in so she had to get another employee to do it which caused them to back up. There was a lady in the lobby going from table to table asking for donations for her meal (she was clearly NOT homeless). Manager did nothing. Food came out cold and slopped together. Condiment bar was a disaster. Ice wasn’t properly cleared from the sidewalk to the entrance. And the bathroom… well let’s just say my kids wouldn’t stay in long enough to wash their hands. Wong be back ever.

I grew up on Bueno when I lived here and it was one of my all-​time favorite places up until I moved in 2006. I was so excited when I came back to visit a few years later and went to eat here again. It was a great feeling to be back and see the salsa bar and the awesome food again. I left with a smile on my face, but there was a nagging feeling in the back of my mind that I didn’t want to face: The food wasn’t as good as I remembered.
I tried again at several other Buenos in the Tulsa area (the one at 51st was the closest when I lived there), and each one was the same. The food and service has simply gone way down hill and its sad. I’ve eaten here a few more times in subsequent trips too and I leave more disappointed each time.
I would still recommend coming here, but not with the expectation of how it was 10 years ago.

This location used to be great, but it has really gone down hill. I only see high school kids working here, and they really don’t like it when you interrupt their twittering by placing an order. Stay away from here, at least until they employ someone over 16.
