Seriously bring a q-tip with you to give to the person taking the fucking order for lack of hearing. I do not recommend this location to anyone! Seriously if you can not follow instructions when someone is placing an order try finding a new fucking job! I said no tomatoes mother fucker!!!

Unfortunately this location is pretty inconsistent when it comes to service and quality. The last two times I’ve been here they have messed up my order by leaving out something, or just not getting the order correctly from the start. The food was sloppily thrown together so there was meat and salsa all over the bag. The last time I was here, they forgot to give me the drink, and I had to ask for that and the salsa. I know it’s fast food, so I don’t expect much, but there are better Bueno locations in town.

You can’t give lower than 1 star but if I could it would be — to infinite. I went thru the drive thru to pick up breakfast… simple order breakfast burrito with bacon and 2 sides of beans. Wholly wow wee. I checked inside the crumpled tortilla to see if there was anything ummmm not sure if I can positively say there was bacon. But the highlight was the grease from the beans– No doubt at least 2 inches in, on and around everything. It was not edible and now I’m still hungry! !!

This was my first and last time at Taco Bueno. We arrived at 9:30 on a Sunday morning for breakfast. My companion asked if the regular menu were available. Server said, «Huh?» «Is the non-breakfast menu available?» «No, we don’t have any meat.» «Do you have breakfast meat?» «Huh?» «Breakfast meat, like sausage and bacon?» «Oh, yeah, we have that.» My friend got a breakfast burrito with a side of some of the nastiest potatoes she had seen(probably reheated from the day before). I ordered the breakfast platter but asked for sausage instead of bacon. Only after getting my receipt with the food did I realize she had removed the bacon, but charged me an extra 80 cents for sausage; hell, I’d have kept the bacon if I knew I would be charged. And my potatos were bad, too. I told the clerk she should let people know if they are being charged more, and she said, «Huh?» We left a major portion of our breakfasts. The kicker was my calling Taco Bueno’s customer service line on 3÷14÷11, leaving a message with my name/store#/my contact info, and now it is 72 hours later, with not a peep. I avoid fast food, but we were in a hurry and thought a Mexican breakfast might be OK; they were worse than anyone could have guessed.

Fast food Mexican is never great, but this particular Bueno was weak. Not to mention you can’t relax and enjoy your meal for fear of the possibility of a drive by shooting at any moment in this part of Tulsa.
