The cashier during the day shift today was obviously not trained properly on the switchboard/cash drawer. From not knowing how to accept debit cards to overhanging, it was a headache to watch and be a part of. That could have been overlooked had the cashier had a better attitude and tone with customers. Incompetent work ethic and manners can drive anyone any fast.

Sucks, hate it. Worst place in Tulsa, the service is absolutely terrible! It took about 4 minutes to get the mic in the drive thru working and when it did work an employee said, probably stoned, «what do you want?» Terrible customer service. We were in line for so long we ended up leaving.

Went to this location today and had a terrible experience. The manager was yelling at employees. Should have left. Tables in the dining room were a mess. The salads bar was filthy. Should have called the health dept. food was average at best. One taco was only half filled. Beans were terrible. Will not go back.

Visited from out of town to eat here and the drive through customer service was horrible. Bad attitude over the intercom and disrespectful facial expression from the woman once I got to the window. I also did not get exactly what I ordered in the bag, which was such a disappointment being that I am not from the area and won’t be visiting for a while. Too bad they can’t find a genuinely friendly drive through window worker. I guess I’ll be staying clear of this specific Taco Bueno for my next visit.

So far I’ve gotten uncooked quesadilla, tomatoes every time I order tacos without, cold food. I continue to try since it’s fast food and sooner or later the should get it right. Nope. Avoid this location.

Audrey is a huge fan of stopping by this location after her hard work at the ballet. We always get decent and quick service. This location was recently remodeled and seems to stay clean although I am rarely inside to notice. I like that they do a «tbt» on thursdays offereing old classics like the Taco Burger and at a discount price. There is easy access to I-44 and of course a straight shot to downtown from here. Very convenient.

Hi, let’s see how this all goes. Ordering on line before I leave river parks. Review to follow soon.

Obsessed may be an understatement. I don’t think I knew how good I had it until I moved out of Oklahoma. Taco bueno will forever be my first stop from the airport when I come home to visit. Those bean burritos, salsa, enchilada platters… goodness

John and I were hungry but too busy(and honestly too lazy) to cook anything for ourselves at home. Sometimes, even when you’re trying really hard to be healthy, going out to eat is the most appealing option. Or at least going and getting something to bring home to eat is the most appealing option. So on this day we were having a hard time deciding what we wanted because Chinese didn’t sound good, neither did pizza, nor did Linda Mar, Braums, or Arnold’s, so we figured that Taco Beuno and they’re absolutely terrible for you Mexi Dip & Chips would be the way to go. So I get Molly(who loves to go with me to get food) and we go get in the car. The drive is only a few miles but through east side of the river traffic it feels like a cross country trip sometimes. Molly stuck her head out the window and sneezed the air out of her face, like always, because hey… why not? I should have known when we got there and Molly laid down and sighed that this would be just a «meh» experience. I pulled up and someone was in front of us so I took a moment to check in on Unilocal(obviously :)) as we waited our turn. When I pulled up the boy taking our order was neither polite nor rude, he was just doing his job. I ordered the two Mexi Dip & Chips, as well as two beef potato burritos for John too, and then asked him to hang on one second because I was having a hard time finding the beverages on their new menu layout. He didn’t say anything and it just fell silent. So I scanned quietly(there wasn’t anyone behind me either) and after a few seconds I heard a rather annoyed voice over the intercom say, «What else can I get you?» Again I replied, «I’m sorry, give me one second, I can’t seem to find the beverages on your menu. Well, nevermind, can I just get a large in that blue drink you sell? What is it? Blue Surf?» I heard a deep sigh and a response of, «Umm, yeah, we don’t carry that anymore…» Defeated(since that was why I was coming to Taco Beuno anyway) I just said, «Oh, okay, well… nevermind then. I’ll just take the food.» The response I got was the nail in the coffin for me for my frustration. «So… you’re not getting a drink then? You just want food?» Yes, that’s what I just said, and there was no reason for the attitude to begin with. i’m typically a very understanding person when it comes to getting some attitude from an employee that is working a job they probably dislike, but this little boy even looked at me, rolled his eyes, and handed me off to another woman when I pulled up to give him my money. I guess the only saving point was that the casually dressed woman that took over was polite and thorough. I’m not pleased with this location and when I came home and told John he nodded and said, «Yeah, that’s usually the attitude I get when I go there too.» Looks like we’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

Okay, so they ask you how many salsas you want, but never give you the amount that you ask for… But its Bueno! Its definitely my go-to fast food place. They are open late on weekends, which can lead to queso crusted on your face, chili sauce in your ear, and salsa in your purse on Sunday mornings.
