I’ve been to some really shitty bars in my day but oh wow… I went to the fur shop and some«friend» of the owner pushed a tower of jenga blocks, which are more like bricks followed with racist and homophobic requirements, over onto my sister on purpose! My sister was accosted and physically assaulted by these jenga bricks, and any asshole who would ever go there should surly be aware that you can and will be accosted… The people there are trash, the staff is trash, everything about this place is trash central… Any bar that wouldn’t help a girl who was accosted should surly be thrown in the trash like the trash they are. Please deny my post, I have photographic proof.

Fur shop is the trendy new young people bar(from what I have seen). I like that it is spacious, and there is a gigantic outdoor area! The bathrooms are also big which is nice. You usually don’t have to wait too long to get a drink and there are plenty of tables to sit at if you are tired of standing. There are also games including giant jenga! Lots of fun nights have been had at the fur shop.

One of the best bars in Tulsa, especially downtown. Of course that’s because this is my style of bar. Excellent beer choices, rotating at that and Lone Wolf Banh Mi is there(a lot) so truly I couldn’t ask for much more. Inside they’ve got some old school games, ie Ms Pacman(SOLD) as well as a fantastic outdoor stage should you come here on a night there is a show. They have beer sold outside during shows, cash only but very convenient if you don’t want to go back inside. Staff here has always been awesome, helpful, patient and kind, I may dig that most of all. If you happen to come here when Lone Wolf is outside you can get a number and go sit inside and enjoy a beer while you wait on your food and they’ll even bring it into you. How rad is that? There isn’t too much seating inside but I’ve never had a problem finding a spot. Hope to see you out there soon. :)

Kind of grungey/hipster but a fun place for sure! Service has always been friendly and knowledgable! And alone Wolf is usually stationed outside which is a plus!

Good selection of craft beers, clean, non-smoking & free parking! What more can you ask for from a downtown Tulsa bar!

Came here during Tulsa craft beer week. This is a great dive bar/pub with a pretty good selection of local beers, and a good bottle selection. The staff were great and made everyone feel welcome. It wasn’t busy, so I can’t comment of service. It was a good experience for us all. I would like to come back after dark an see what the atmosphere is like.

This place has really grown on me since it opened. It’s still overpriced on some things, and the service is still abysmally slow when it’s busy, and I’m still not a big fan of super loud live music in small bar spaces… BUT: They don’t have music and/or a cover all that often(at least I don’t run into it that often). Sometimes they have cool fun events… the 90s party was awesome! Way cool outdoor space with grass and a stage. I LOVE that they are embracing the OK local/craft beer movement, with weekly LOCAL pint nights(I’m capitalizing that because it’s an acronym, not because I’m a weirdo, definitely look it up) and a great tap list. For some reason I just really like the atmosphere. It feels like you’re at someone’s grungy house, which I’m totally into. Also we live in the Gunboat so it’s on our way home from all the other downtown bars, and therefore a nice place to stop and have one more beer if the thought of walking home from McNellie’s et al seems too daunting otherwise.

One of the best bars in the blue done area right now. Plenty of space, good location, and one of the best beer selections downtown, not to mention super cheap! Coors Banquet on tap for $ 2, am I dreaming? I thought I was Downtown where everything is over priced? Did I mention Lone Wolf is usually parked out side? Count me in!

My favorite place to grab a drink and relax when visiting Tulsa. The staff is fantastic and there is an amazing selection of Oklahoma made beers, which are fantastic. The back area is just the place to relax and socialize with friends in the evening.

The view is incredible. The drinks are mediocre. The service was atrocious. This lady behind the bar was just a complete jerk to myself and all of my friends for no reason. I’ll be back but not for that bartender.

The Fur Shop is home to probably one of the best beer selections in downtown Tulsa, including nearly all of the local/OK brews. The building is home to djs, karaōke & bands on most nights… but if you’re looking for something a bit quieter you can always escape to the upstairs lounge, or have a seat on the patio with an amazing view of downtown. Drinks all seem to be priced accordingly, with a little something for everyone… Including a pretty nice selection of $ 2 beers! The building has a lot of square footage, and not much of that is utilized as bar space, so if it gets busy, expect a bit of a wait for your drinks.

Apple bottom jeans… boots with the fur. Ok, Ok… sorry. I always think of this song when I think about the Fur Shop. Down to business. Blake Ewing and the Blue Ox group strike again! While I admit, there are always some things about business that can be a little off, I think he knows what he is doing with this one. Currently, there are a few places that could use some TLC, but every time I go, there is definite progress. This place is HUGE so you can absolutely find a place to sit. there is an upstairs area that displays a great view of downtown and offers a pool table for those sharks! outside you will find a huge area with a stage! I cannot wait for it to be a little more level. I had a lot of fun one night because a friend and I danced to a DJ. Caution– my friends ankle rolled a bit from a divet in the ground. There was a recent pint night ON A FRIDAY! Prairie Artisan Ales. it was a good time and I hope there are more events like these, but with more glasses! I am also a fan that the Fur Shop sells Unibroue’s La Fin Du Monde… MMMMMMM!

A revival in name, from a very popular downtown bar from the late 90’s. The Fur Shop occupies one of the best buildings in Tulsa. Surrounded by excellent parking, this two story behemoth has plenty of space to support multiple parties; between the main room, the upstairs, and the enormous patio in the back. The vibe is hole-in-wall style, and the jukebox generally plays pretty decent punk rock, etc. Great selection of sour beers on tap, by several breweries, including Tulsa’s pride & Joy, Prairie Artisan Ales. FS also has a great selection of low-end, high-point beers, including one of my favorite cheap, white belgian beers– Wittekerke. You don’t have to stick with PBR all night to avoid breaking the bank. For live music they usually have either singer songwriters on the stage, or DJ event nights, such as Propaganda. It’s a friendly place. Stop in sometime.

I’m a big fan. Sake bombs, great beer selection, funny bartenders, good live music(I guess I’m into the«hipster troubadour» thing as one guy below so eloquently put it), pool tables upstairs, spacious outdoor area… Yes please.

My bar going days are a becoming a distant memory but we met up here with some out of town friends. Great beer selection(except for the ones they’re out of). I really can’t handle live music in small rooms(or large ones either) but I did get to hear the LAMEST version of «Ring of Fire» I have ever heard courtesy of some hipster troubadour. I’d go back.

We’ve been here on several occasions and LOVE this bar. The bar staff are creative and can mix you just about anything you can think of! We’ve been during the week and on weekends. It is small, but we like that. I had my birthday party here this year and had a great time! They have bands, karaōke and DJs on some nights. The atmosphere is laid back and eclectic. Everyone gets along great! I’ve never seen any kind of an altercation here. There was a guy lighting up a cigar upstairs once, it was quickly taken care of. If you want a smoking bar, there are places for that. SO glad they’re building all these bars back up downtown! We never have to go to south Tulsa for anything anymore!

A nice place to stop in for a drink. It has a nice outdoor area if you need to go outside. The service was pretty good considering how large of a group we were. Pretty nice beer selection to boot and not too pricey. Stop in for a drink.

Small and loud, The Fur Shop is a fine place to stop but not stay.
