The homeowner changed from Accent Property Management to Vicki during the last six months we were in the home. The difference was like night and day. I wish Vicki had been the property manager for the whole two years we were renting. She was phenomenal! She was proactive on property maintenance, answered any questions I had promptly, and really looked out for us, as well as the homeowner. As winter approached, she asked for certain maintenance to be done with the bills sent to her company, which was unheard of with Accent. Accent never paid for anything as the rental agent! I would highly recommend renting any property that Vicki manages and if you are a homeowner wanting to rent your home, do not hesitate to use her as your property management company. She’s the best in my book!
