I moved away and came back in the last year. I think that the ownership changed because I went back in and it was not the same, they are no longer in business.

Where do I begin… Everything started out fine, I went in for a pedicure and a manicure and I also wanted my two daughters nails painted. We felt rush from start to finish, even though business was slow when we arrived. The older gentleman did my pedicure first. The water was cold so I asked if he could put a little hot water in it twice, but I guess he didn’t hear me. So when asked a third time he seemed annoyed, turned a little bit of hot water on and then proceeded to do my pedicure. Instead of getting hot towels wrapped on my legs, the gentleman proceeded to take a warm cloth and wipe off the lotion on each of my legs. When I asked the gentleman why he was doing this he said it’s what they usually do, mind you the lady sitting next to me had hot towels wrapped on each of her legs. He finally finished with the pedicure and I had polish all around my cuticles, he didn’t bother to use nail polish remover to get it off. Next was my manicure. The gentleman proceeded to cut around my nail beds, with the cuticle cutters. After I told him how much it hurt he continued to do so I finally removed my hands from the table. After that I was supposed to get hot towel wrapped on my hands, of course that didn’t happen. He proceeded to take a warm cloth and wipe the lotion off my hands just as he did on my legs. At this point I was annoyed because I was paying for a certain service and I wasn’t receiving it. After I brought this up to the gentleman he got an attitude and went ahead and polished my nails. Just as my pedicure I had polish all around my nails and on my skin, and he didn’t bother to try to clean it up. He also didn’t put a top coat on my nails, it’s been 4 days and it looks like I haven’t had my nails done in 3 weeks. I’m very disappointed. I wasted 50 bux in two and a half hours, and I’ll never return.

I made an appointment on a Sunday afternoon– and to my surprise I was the only one there! I got a Shallac mani, pedi and eyebrow wax… $ 60! So affordable and my mani lasted 3 weeks! My pedi is going on 5 weeks now, and need to be redone but isn’t terrible. I will go back. The best part of all is everything I got only took 45 minutes!

Great customer service! Very clean & they sterilize materials & use routine sanitary requirements regularly not cutting corners. The best foot & leg massages with the pedicures & hand massages with nail services. I’ve been coming to Ashley since the salon opened.

After following Unilocal recommendation for the 1st salon I tried this morning which was disappointing so I left, I found VIP Nails on my own. This place is tucked away near Starbucks. It was very clean and friendly. They have a wide variety of colors in Shellac and Regular nail polish. They also did an excellent waxing and shaping of my eyebrows. Cons: They offered bottled water to the next two clients but not to me. I wasnt sure if it was because they other two had to wait or if it was something else. Coming from Cali and now in OK, I am aware of racial issues in certain areas. I will try the salon again to see if the same thing happens again.
