The pharmacy at this location is always slow and usually way late on their promised turn around time for prescriptions. They’ve been out of stock of our prescriptions about half the time for the past year. The last time my wife had a prescription for antibiotics, they were out of stock. My wife told them to give us all our prescriptions so we could find a different pharmacist. Boom! They all of a sudden magically had some in stock. Awful, lackadaisical service from a pharmacy. Even Walmart isn’t this bad.

Although this walgreens carries the same items as the others, its the checkout that has issues. Specifically during the morning commute. Do not expect to drop in, grab an item and get out. There is a very slow, older female cashier who simply cannot do her job in a timely manner. Working across the street, I have had way too many instances where I had to wait while she dug around for coupons for people, gave advice, chatted with customers, screwed up the register or attempted to get every single person in line ahead of me to sign up for walgreen’s rewards. That last one takes WAY too long to be doing in the morning when everyone is trying to get to work and she types in their info VERYSLOWLY. I gave up on this location in favor of the 24hr one at 31st/Harvard.

Pretty clean, organized Walgreens, with all the usual WG things. Lots of different gift cards. Pretty easy to get in and out. Red box outside. Feels much safer than the 15th and Lewis store. ATM
