The pharmacy is very unhelpful! Everyone who works there seem to have no experience or knowledge on nothing whats so ever!!! The older man, the guy with the accent, the young girl, the Asian lady and the other older lady, the younger guy, no one! All of them couldn’t help me! Worst experience ever!!! They need to get training again or better yet a new staff! Won’t come here again! Corporate will hear from me because I shouldn’t have to deal with a staff that can’t order my prescription that same day! They can dumb all they want! Called them 4 days and nothing! Pathetic pharmacy!

The pharmacy — ok. They could crack a smile every now and then but being super busy, I’m thinking they don’t have time.
The products? — standard
The service at the front counter — lousy. The girl just stood there when my candy and both Pepsi’s fell on the floor. Didn’t offer to replace them or anything and didn’t offer to help pick them all up. She acted like she couldn’t wait until I left the line. Horrible service.
Security outside the building is a joke. Had a man follow me from the front door to my car asking for money along the way. Scary.
I’ll stick to the Walgreen’s at 51st and Sheridan. They are super nice and very helpful with selecting products that might have a coupon with it. The pharmacist will stop and explain things to you.

Love coming here to get some things… very helpful associates and its really clean all the time. Another thing is there’s a Redbox just outside… for those who were curious.
They have everything that any other Walgreen’s would have so there’s not much I can add to this except I’m never disappointed when I come here
